tadaki looked like he was sulking. "ah... really..."

"Mhm.. Like.. Who would like a-a shy person l-like me? I'm no fun." She explained, then giggled. "I-I'm a weirdo that hangs out with animals, mostly."

tadaki smiled softly. "you seem normal."

"R-Really?" She looked at him hopefully, also judging whether or not she should go and hug him.

[i'm so sorry...]

tadaki blushed, looking away and scratching the back of his head. "i-it's not a compliment or anything. just an observation. yep, an observation... definitely."

She giggled, making the cat slightly worried, so it pawed her leg. "Whatever it is, it was very nice of you." Saumya gained confidence and slowly started to walk towards him, and she patted his back softly, not able to gain enough confidence to hug him. "Y-You're a really g-great guy.. J-Just an observation.."

tadaki's man-pride shattered and he started getting nervous. why an observation? just aay it's a compliment— ah, what am i saying?!

She looked back at the cat, only to see there was another. The two were snuggling up against each other, both purring. One licked the other's cheek, making Saumya giggle. "Tadaki, look how cute they are!"

tadaki looked at the two felines and immediately imagined saumya and himself, making his face flush red.

"They're so adorable together!" She said dreamily. "I bet their kittens are going to look sooo cute!" She giggled at the thought of kittens crawling everywhere. The female cat, much smaller than the male, nuzzled the other cat on his chest. "Awh, she's so tiny compared to him." Saumya commented, not noticing what was going on with Tadaki.
