The redhead huffed a bit, noticing the suspicion in his eyes. She slid off Carniss, pulling the reins back over his head and down, holding them now. She glanced to the tall male, nodding, saying “Well...It’s nice to meet you, I guess...Kenji. Hey, I’ve heard that name before...Hmm, whatever.” she said, shaking her head. Stepping forward, she stared up at him a moment. “I’m not a worker, but...I got caught in their barn once, giving the horses treats. What can I say, I love horses. I’m sure the King knows me, though, because I was caught...He should know all his subjects though, shouldn’t he?” she asked. Blinking, she said “Ah, my name is Jessika. Do you have a horse, sir Kenji?” she asked, giggling at calling him that.

He hummed softly a moment as she affirmed they could in fact eat there. Nodding at her, he followed the blonde to the cafe, walking in right after her. He glanced around the same as her, seeing it was a lovely place and people were eating just fine. He didn’t get the feeling of being watched...so it must be safe to eat the food here. He tilted his head when she told him to order for her, watching her walk up to a total stranger...Sighing, he shrugged to himself, catching a worker’s attention and ordering tea and scones for himself, getting her a roll and tea as well. He hoped this was enough...He threw a glance over his shoulder, as he was waiting for the order to be brought out.

Kenji watched her as she moved off the large horse with an inquisitive stare. He nodded his head curtly. "Entering the castle grounds- even the stables- is forbidden for most people. However, I am positive that giving the equine some treats aren't harmful." He shifted on his feet and took a step closer to her. "My horse is in the castle stables. His name is Zephyr and he is a black Arabian- per regulation for the army. Say," he paused not realizing what he was about to say to her. Was he about to break the rules he helped enforce? "Did you want to come see him? I was already heading that way and if you are escorted by me- no one will give you a second glance for seeing the horses."

She frowned, shifting nervously as he appeared to be examining her identity. She hoped she wouldn't be recognised. She didn't want to be recognised out in the town at the moment. The less attention she brought to herself, the less likely she was to be assasinated. " I supposed you can say that I am interested in it.....but I'm more or less looking for something in specific, and I haven't been able to find it in any of the scrolls I have. I was just asking because I want to know if you've seen it in that scroll."

" Yes, sire. Thank you." he spoke before he used his vampire speed to leave the premises. Once away from the castle, he decided for one of the first times, he would strike up conversation with Adrian. ' care to explain what that was all about, Adrian?'

' wait, Adrian, what do you mea-' with that Al lost consciousness, along with his control over his body. In the blink of an eye his eyes went to a darker blue, and his fangs extended. Eventually the pureblooded vampire reached Ember, smiling to himself. It was still daylight, but he was hungry. He wouldn't even of had to hunt in the daylight hours had that idiot actually sucked it up and took care of their body. The guy acted like he was still human! He couldn't get it through his head that he was a vampire now. His body couldn't operate properly anymore unless he drank human blood. Yet he refused, so that made him have to act recklessly. Letting out a huff, the male hung out around the market, pretending to shop as he instead scouted out his prey. After a half hour he found a pretty little human. It didn't take much persuasion to lure the foolish human off to a secluded area. Once there he knocked the human swiftly out before swiftly making his way to the woods. He enjoyed a meal there, but he kept the human alive. If she could find her way out of the woods when she woke, before another hungry vamp found her, so be it. Though it was unlikely the human would get out. From there he returned to the town, this time walking rather close to the castle. In fact, he was almost on the castle grounds. Al had seen the female heir earlier, and so now they knew what the female heir looked like. If the queen was the sister, that meant there had to be some resemblence- and he needed to know how to tell them apart even if he couldn't see their faces. Just in case. The hard part was figuring out how he could see the queen.

Aralynn couldn't take much more of this. She had been brooding far too much and had yet to gain any answers from doing so which only made matters worse. Her people were out there being murdered by someone, good people who trusted the young women to protect them. She was their guide...their strength and who they turned to. Such was the role of the queen. Yet here the blonde sat on her throne in her palace as helpless as a newborn baby to do anything about the goings on in her kingdom. They didn't even have a thought as to possible suspects. At first, because of the blood being drained from the corpses, Aralynn had assumed the culprit was a doctor or perhaps someone with apothecary knowledge. When they all turned out clean, next it was thought perhaps these were some kind of animal attacks. Everything had to be ruled out....which this idea quickly was. First off animals can't draw red butterflies in the victim's blood at every scene. All that was really known were the times around which these attacks had occured.

Bowing her head and pressing her fingers to rub at her temples, Aralynn groaned. After rubbing them for a minute the young queen rose from the throne to make her way down from it's platform and down the throne room towards the hallway. She had to find Sansa.

Ren frowned and turned swiftly. “We’re heading to Ember,stay quiet or there will be consequences.” Ren turned his head to look at Rori. “And try not to wander off because I’m not waiting for you,I’m getting what I need and I’m coming straight back.” The wind blew through a hole in Ren’s coat,he shivered but didn’t complain. Ren checked his outfit and adjusted every inch of it,he wanted to look as human as possible which normally wasn’t hard since the humans often mistook him for a Hunter.

He shook his head. "No Lassie, I'm not. Just a normal wee vampire on the bottom of the food chain." He told her and leaned against the throne, something most vampires would fear doing to upset the king. "So, if you need training, I'm sure I can find someone around here to train yee, or I can myself."

Ruby smiled. “I guess it depends on you,you can train me or find someone to I don’t mind which.” She looked around hoping to see Ren But there was no sighn of him anywhere. A guard walked Past Ruby and glared at her but Ruby didn’t seem to care. She watched him lean on the Throne. “Touch those paintings again and the king will have your head!” Growled the Guard before he disappeared into another room.

“Yeah I guess that’s me.” Said Ruby. “My pranks are harmless don’t worry.” She turned her head to a guard who sat on a chair and a whoopie cushion on his seat made it sound like he was farting. Ruby giggled but quickly stopped herself. “I’m sorry but you guys really need a sense of humor,it will make your lives a tad bit more..interesting.”

The guard angrily tossed his spear at Ruby. Ruby’s teal eye glowed and the guard Tripped and fell,causing his spear to slide swiftly past Ruby’s head. Ruby didn’t seem to notice that it happened.
