Soren smiled and gave a faint laugh. "Hello," he responded, a bit amused. He hummed softly as he listened to her, seeming to remain peppy. "I understand that- doing the same thing every day is so dreadful." He gave a dramatic huff and shook his head, shrugging slightly. He grinned as she said she'd wait, and nodded. "Me neither! I'll be quick about it," he responded, returning to his lower tone and giving a happy little laugh.
He headed up the stairs and to his own room, combing through his belongings. He decided to pick up his sabre for the day, probably one of the more intricately designed of his swords wise of its hilt and the sheathe it bore, something he helped to draw out the design for and something he adored for it. He clipped the sword to his side, scavenging his room for something else. He got mostly little things, anything he figured might help, including a couple bottles of water that he carried under his arm for the time being. He looked for a while longer, but satiated with what he had before he spent any longer than a couple minutes searching, knowing it wasn't still the dark hours before the sun would rise like it usually would be when he gathered up supplies.
He headed back down stairs, steps silent as could be, wings tucked in close to avoid accidentally bumping anything with them. He happily made his way back to Basil, smiling brightly and holding a water bottle out to her, tucking a bit to the side to be out of the way. "Here! It's important to at least have something to drink- though I don't actually keep snacks in my room or anything..." He gave a small sigh, looking a bit upset with himself. Not that he had a reason to have snacks, so it didn't bother him too much.

Josie unfolded her arms and relaxed a bit when the cheetah seemed to do the same. "I'm sorry." she offered quietly, her green eyes hopeful until his threat made her wince and fold her arm across her side like there was a wound there she was keeping from opening more. It was a habit she did when she got anxious or nervous. "I didn't know." she protested again, though her voice was soft. She had to leave...This is all just a dream. Why else would there be talking animals? I have to wake up. But... If this IS a dream - they can't hurt me.

Josh narrowed his eyes. Who does this guy think he is? turning on his heel to watch Donnie, his lips curled back in a snarl as he shoved the paper back to him. His muscles tensed underneath his jacket, though he kept his anger at bay. "Really, Thats it? Just- Boy?" he sneered softly, his golden eyes shining with anger, though his face was more emotionless than his voice, "I excpected more from someone who thinks he's all that." with a wave he turned to walk away, his brown hair ruffled from the encounter. "Idiot." he muttered, scowling down at the paper once again.

With a quick quiver of her body she was a lion - huge paws, sleeck fur, and large, greenish eyes that seemed to see everything. She could see where Ceasar was, part of the bond that all howlers had, and raced in his direction. With a soft growl she slowed and announced her presence by clearing her throat, "It's nice out here, isn't it?" she asked, suddenly uncomfortable with the idle chatter she was making.

Donnie frowned in wonder as he watched the boy stomp off. "What a very angry boy" he concluded, though with the wisps of red in his hair he should've expected as much. "People are so weird" he mumbled, and glanced back down at the list of things he needed to fetch. He'd start with going to go get fresh herbs and fresh pastries. Grocery Shopping was an easy start but by the end of the day he'd have to go beyond solodin to get precious materials he and his family sought.

Lyra was out, as usual, hunting. She had been prowling through the forest since dawn. Lyra was an excellent hunter; she had found a good bit of prey but, her specialty really was catching fish. So, the fox Howler padded silently down to the lake. Lyra was surprised to catch the scent of the alpha male and female already there. Not wanting to bother them, she shrank back in to the foliage, hoping they wouldn't notice her.

Caesar looked behind him, he saw Addison and said " yes it is" he shape shifted into a wolf and approached Addison, and then sat next to her " what are you doing at this hour alone". Then Ceasar smelled Lyra, A hunter in the pack, " Hey Lyra, how's the hunting?"

" It is a little tedious" She agreed. Basil smiled, seeing his cheerful attitude. It seemed to improve her mood as well. Basil waited for him at the base of the stairs, keeping an eye out for the staff and their siblings. Thankfully, no one passed by. The green haired girl smiled a bit as he returned with the sabre, " Ready?" Basil said brightly, accepting the water bottle. " Thanks, Soren." She giggled a bit, slipping the water bottle into her satchel. " Well, don't be too upset. I have a couple granola bars. And I'm a nature Quell, remember? I can summon us up something- if you don't mind eating vegetables or fruit. "

Lyra blushed beneath her fur, realizing she had been caught. Shamefacedly, the small fox padded out of the underbrush. " Good morning, Caesar. And you as well, Addison. I didn't mean to intrude" She replied, coming towards them. " It's going well, thank you." Lyra nodded at his question.

Josh stole one last glance at the annoying boy behind him before disappearing around a corner. He had no specific place to go, so he continued his wandering until the smell of food caught his stomach's attention. "Right," he muttered sarcastically, "Breakfast is a thing now." with a slight eye-roll the olive-skinned boy searched for somewhere to eat.

She rolled her eyes subtly before training her gaze on Lyra. "Yes, how IS the hunting? I was just about to explore myself." she had a way of talking to no one in particular, just stating whatever whenever.Addison's orbs were slits as she got the familiar faraway look in her eye that meant she was searching her brain for some of her pack. Her lips slowly curled back in a snarl until she seemed to break away from her thoughts and heave herself to her paws with her powerful tail lashing, "I'm sorry to cut our interactions short, but I am needed elsewhere." with one last nod Addison sprang into the trees, her pelt rippling underneath her powerful haunches. She concentrated through narrowed feline eyes, sending a message to Leo. "Why do I smell human in the forest? I'm on my way, so don't bother cleaning up your mess before I see." she knew her voice was cold, but she was concerned for the cheetah - humans could be fatal with provoked.

Aurora could sense the humor behind Leo’s words and the corners of her mouth turned upwards. "What a great idea Leo. But I think I have a better one." She began to shift, her human features appearing. Her teeth were the last thing to change and the long fangs became smaller. Her blonde hair shined under the sun and it reflected it’s rays. Aurora stepped forwards towards the human swiftly and with nimble fingers she grabbed the area around her pressure point quickly. It was an attempt to make her pass out without hurting her, and could only hope that it would work.

Feeling no threat from this human, curiosity started to seep into his mind. Maybe humans weren't all bad after all? They kinda looked pathetic and um...weak but somewhat friendly. Maybe they could just let her go with a warning to never return then they could just let her go, possibly. He blinked as he watched Aurora shift and winced when he received Alphas words at the same time. He sighed, "Well today is certainly the most interesting day of the week" he said as he sat down prettily and slowly wagged his tail. He didn't exactly fear his Alpha, most cause he thought they were incompetent but also because he was all too confident in his cheetah form.
