As the atmosphere changed, Alder stiffened and rose. Could she be a sphinx? She'd been wanred to.Keep her distance from them! Her wings unfolded, but she remained where she was. "Your... land?" Her voice was rough and scratchy, sounding more avian than anything. "I did not... know. Water." She turned her head towards the water to emphasize her purpose for coming.

Her throat vibrated with a feline laugh, before training her golden eyes off the harpy and towards Kenai, then back to the harpy. "Perhaps we could make an arrangement, little bird."

Mind if I get a recap or what we started out with so I can just hop in?}}

(( OK so... Currently in the castle is Korsia who bumped into Damien and Kenneth near their rooms, and Kai has just excited the library that's in the castle (currently open). In the human town/market area is Shikira who is currently open though she might bump into other people in the future, and there is Kieran, Alicity, and Orchid who is currently in the bustling streets and possibly searching for Shikira for an apology. In the forest beside Harmony's Rush is Kenai and Chiyoko. Chiyoko is currently in conversation with a harpy named Alder. Annabelle is currently at her house and is open/alone. Ronat is somewhere in the forest and is also currently open. Eden, I believe is near the marshlands or a body of water and is currently open. And the drama currently happening is Orchid, Alicity, and Shikira all have a crush on Kieran. SO yah. I hope this has helped! And the characters I have mentioned are the ones with posts but may not be active.

Chase Wilknot -- 20 -- Human/Faery halfbreed -- Feeling Bored

Laying back against the bark of the great Oak that he was settled in, Chase breathed out a loud sigh and his hand fell from his chest to dangle off the branch. Never anything to do around here.. Closing his eyes, he tried to get himself to relax, but he just couldn't. He was like a busy hive on the inside, always wanting to be up about and doing something. and being out in the Dark Forest never helped, sometimes he'd see the odd scramble of the wildlife but other than that there was no movement at all. When he heard movement nearby, his eyes flitted open and he sat up, his excitement bubbling, but soon popped when he realized that it was only a deer stepping into the clearing below him. His facial expression drooping, he hauled himself to his feet so that he was now perching on the branch, his eyes still on the creature below him. He raised his right arm raised and formed his fingers into the shape of a gun, then pointed at it. A small string of blue light shot from his finger and hit the ground beside the deer. where the light hit the ground, a glittering transparent form of a timber wolf sprouted from the ground. Shaking it's fur It noticed the deer and began to growl, getting into a hunting stance. The prey's ears twitched and it's head shot up, beady eyes locked on the hunter. Letting out a screech of alarm the deer hopped away frantically which set off the wolf and it began chasing after the creature, only to explode into a cloud of dust and blue smoke when it came in contact with some brush. Sighing, Chase stood on the branch and he hopped down from the tree, his tail twitching with anticipation. This was the only action he got around here, and dear god did he hope this boredom wouldn't last forever.

Elara's cold gaze locked on the town before the castle from where she stood several steps from the balcony. The queen's lips pursed as she eyed the capital, something akin to annoyance was briefly drawn across her face before she schooled her features into neutrality. "The monsters, trying to strike a compromise," a quiet and hollow laugh followed along her statement. "I do not believe this to be a chance. Ah, well," her voice trailed off as she mused aloud to herself, drawing several paces away from the view of the town, and was back in the presence of the throne-room, which radiated the pure energy of being completely prestigious.
