( I'll guess I will just start from scratch it wasn't like she had done much since this post )

Lannah sat alone on the bus quietly strumming her guitar wondering what this new school her parents sent her to would be like. She watched the beautiful blue steams of light apear at her fingertips, and wonderd if other people could see it, or if it was just her. Lannah knew that the blue hue was reflecting her mood as she played, she was so entranced by the color she almost never realised that the bus had stopped. The bus driver walked up to her and looked a bit anoyed with her for making him wait for her to get off, his lips where hard to read because he kept looking away gesturing to the door, but Lannah got the message it was time to get off. She quickly gathered her things and got off the bus. Lannah stared for a moment in awe at the shear size of what appeared to be the main building, she then took a deep breath before starting to walk up to the main entrance, carrying her guitar, sactual bag and dragging her suitcase behind her.

Hark gave a small wave to the girl. "See you around." His goodbye was short but then again he knew her for 20 seconds. The boy wondered how many new students had arrived this year, as well as what they would look like. He noticed a lot of people here seemed normal on the outside, much like him, but could do odd things. 'Like accidentally turning into a giant fire breathing lizard and demolishing a neighborhood.' he sighed, snapping out of his dream world to see yet another student. She looked to be the same age, so Hark assumed this was her first year. He smiled at her "Hey, newbie. How you doing today?"

Lannah looked at the boy and waved back with a slightly confused look on her face, not fully understanding what he had just said, " sorry What was that" she asked quietly. Focusing on his lips waiting for him to answer, knowing how this was going to play out and it would end up with her looking like a fool. Lannah was determined to keep her deafness a secret for as long as she could because she didn't want people to treat her differently then they already did.

Hark raised a questioning brow at her response. They weren't that far away from each other. She should have heard him. Then again, he's witnessed weirder things. Bad ears probably wasn't that huge of an issue. "How's your day?" He said again, leaning a little towards her.

Lannah nodded understanding what he had said this time but she had noticed that he had said somthingcompleatly different before. " it's been a little crazy, but I just got here" she replied with a smile, this was the first person she had met since getting to the school ' at least one student said hi to me' she thought to herself.

"Well welcome to the craziest school in the world." He grins. "Whats your name?" The tingle to grow wings or claws began to rise in the boy. His other self, he called it. It occasionally came to him and willed him at times, like some sort of drug. When he was younger he was too dangerous to be around people. Now, a transitioning 16 year old who simultaneously can turn into a dragon is pretty far fetched, but that was him. And he occasionally couldn't stop himself from setting something aflame or clawing apart a pillow. He hadn't fully formed in what seemed like years. Hark wondered how large he'd be now. How great his wings would be, how long and sharp his teeth and claws had grown. He missed the air in his face when he flew, the feeling of heat flying out of his mouth. 'Snap out of it' the boy scolded himself.

She laughed a little before answering his question, "Lannah, what's yours?" Lannah asked, she knew all about this school and what it was founded on, she was also curious about what power the boy had. But her focus quickly shifted to a small bird signing in a tree not to far away, as a beautiful rainbow of colors emanated from its beak, Lannah smiled knowing that it's song was one of joy and content.

"Names Hark." The boy responded, smug that he had amused her. Yes, he made jokes often but not many people found them very funny. The shapeshifter tilted his head a little in confusement as the younger girl looked off into nothing. "You alright..?" He spoke slowly in a voice of caution, gently waving his hand to attract her attention again.
