Abiline sniffed the watermelon before taking a cautious bite. "Mm... not bad." she said, continuing to eat. She stiffened when the horse outside whined. "There's something... not right... out there... Something that smells like a predator?" she said alertly. "It might be the manticore again... I guess," she murmured to Allison about the water. She kept her gaze on the window, and stifled a scream as a manticore came out of the darkness, the same one from before! It put a badly injured creature right outside the door and walked away into the undergrowth, but she sensed it was still near... "Human..." Abiline said tensely, "The manticore that attacked me just dropped a heavily wounded creature outside your door... it has a human form," she added.

I got the girl another cup of water before going to the window and seeing a heavily injured creature outside. "Hmm, I'll go check it out." I said before walking outside. I pulled out a dagger immediately, but my grip on it became lighter whwn it appeared the manticore was defenseless. I put my dagger back at my belt before cautiously kneeling beside the creature, I didn't feel comfortable touching a manticore, knowing well that it was capable of taking a limb off with little or no effort. I studied the creature, it appeared to be breathing. I didn't know if I should help the manticore, it was like raising a wolf, you never know when it will turn. I sighed, unable to tell if it was unconscious but that was most likely. I bit my lip, the more I waited the more likely it was that this creature would bleed to death. I went back inside and announced, "There's a heavily injured manticore out there... I don't think it would be a good idea to help it considering the fact its kind is well capable of taking a limb off someone like me." I sighed, "I'll bandage it up and see what it does when it regains consciousness." I said before heading to the bathroom. I got some bandages, a rag and a bowl of water before heading outside. I kneeled down beside the creature and carefully cleaned its wounds, taking a glance at the creatures face every now and then, my eyes wary. I bandaged the creatures wounds and examined it to see if I had missed any. I sighed, I wasn't capable of dragging such a large creature so I would have to leave it outside. I knew it would be likely that it would just wake up dazed before limping off. I sat beside the creature while I thought, soon enough I got up and headed inside to wash the blood off my hands. Blood also stained my sleeves, it would hard to get out.

Abiline frowned. "A manticore? Are you sure? What makes you think that? It looks an awful lot like... a vampire..." She eyed the protruding teeth.

I unintentionally was spotted by the humans, but I watched them take Lysine in. Good I thought. They're not so heartless after all. Lysine was on the brink of death, and they were my last choice. When Lysine regains consciousness, she will show them how... Then I lost thought. I hadn't known Lysine at all, so how could I suspect her to be nice and kind. After all, she shares my blood, what's the chances of her lashing out on these pitiful creatures?

Lysine:
I awoke, bandaged and injured. I thought how did I get here of all places? I remember being at the mercy of a Manticore Hunter, and then... it all went dark. I scented the air and scented a Centaur and a human. I cringed at the thought of being helped by a human. I just hoped that they didn't know I was a Manticore. Vampires are one thing, but a Manticore is never trusted, especially to humans. I hoped that they wouldn't turn me loose, either. I am very young for a Manticore, and very easy prey for any creatures, even Werewolves... I sat up, cringing at the pain.

Lucky was on the tail of a rabbit. She felt like she hadn't had a meal in days but she ignored the thought. She pounched on the rabbit, killing it instantly. She thought of cooking it but the smoke and smell would attrack attention so she ate it raw. ( she is open )

I looked around, and then I walked around to see if any creature was here.{open as well}

{I'm walking around the house}

I begin to walk back up the hill thinking that he wouldn't arrive.. Until, something jumped out of a bush and pins me to the ground. I stare frightened at the dark green eyes in front of me. I then kick his back legs and I roll over to stand on my feet. He stands up off the ground and smiles, "I see, you did what I taught you so I guess you do remember what to do when your pinned," He says as he walks towards me slowly. I nod with a grin. "I hope you remembered what to do when I do.. This!!" He leaps and lands in front of me. I keep my legs straight. He jumps at me showing his sharp teeth. I leap into the air as well and I unsheathe my claws. I swing my right paw at him as he tries to bite my leg, my paw hits him in the neck and I bring him down. "You learn well," He smiles as I keep him pinned on the ground. I smile cheerfully and I bring my paw off his neck. He stands up and his smile fades. "I will now teach you how to hunt animals.. And, run faster and jump higher," He right away dashes into the forest. I run into the forest after the fox.

"I am Lysine, and I am a Vampire." I said calmly. I was confused a Manticore brought me here?
