I stretched my arms and yawned as the bright morning sun shone through my windows. I got out of my bed, ready to start the day. I opened the door and walked through the small garden in front of my house. I grabbed a bag of feed that was resting on the fence and unhooked the gate. I stepped through and as it closed behind me, I saw an unfamiliar face. I walked up to her "Are you new here? I have a place you and your horse can stay if you want" I heard an impatient bray from my barn as my prized thoroughbred mare, Lera waited for food. She was a grand champion and her stall was filled with ribbons and trophies from when my brother had ridden her in races. I huffed she may be prized but she definitely was not my favorite, her impatient nature made her ready to go but hard to handle. My favorite horse was a dark gold buckskin, purebred, quarter horse named Mickey. I pulled the feed bag up onto my shoulders wanting the girl to answer so that I could feed the impatient mare.

That morning, Blaise woke up, and got himself ready for another day ahead. He had a few horses that he was scheduled to fit shoes for today, and he had plans for another shortsword that he wanted to make.
Walking down to the forge, he started to fire it up, beginning with gently starting the coals. Blaise hummed to himself - sure, it was hard and hot work, and it was easy to get tired, but he enjoyed it, and he especially liked watching things get started in the mornings.

Artemis was taking some inventory, to make sure that there were enough supplies. He noticed that there were a few things running low, but they could be picked up from a store in the next town over later on in the day. Something else he noticed was a few of the herbal remedies that were low - so he figured that he could go out to gather some medicinal herbs from the forest. It would be nice to get the chance to leave town for a couple of hours, so he wrote down what he'd be specifically looking for.

Varick had watched the sun rise, rather enjoying himself. He was looking forward to learning whether or not there'd be a human that would become his Rider, since he knew that a few of the other dragons already had been bonded to someone. For now... he just had to wait.

The tall boy hummed as he nodded his short haired head. The blonde haired and gray eyed boy sighed as he returned home and went to sleep.

The purple dragon with the sapphire stone smiled as he watched her. He listened to her, then yawned and lied down and curled up.

The short and slender girl hummed as she got home and went to sleep. The black haired and green eyed female then woke up.

The dark purple marked dragon smiled as she watched him. The blue dragon said "you're name is nice too."

Turning her head towards the person. She seemed like she owned a stable, duly noting the feed she held in her hand. She opened her mouth to say what she was looking for, but Jörmungandr's deep voice sliced the air through her brain.
Don't trust her, I'd rather have you see where she goes. Its voice was deep and demanding; she felt her annoyance fill her before she spoke out loud.
"You're not even down here, so don't tell me what to do." She hissed lowly while she gripped the reins tighter. Her eyes narrowed while she sensed its presence nearby.
I don't care if I'm not down there! I don't need you killed. Its voice was growling in her head, she was confused why it got so angry but she rolled her eyes, knowing that it's because of what she said.
"I know how to defend myself, I don't need you killed, so stay out of it." Her eyes looked over past the fields to where she sense Jörmungandr's presence. "Sorry, now, I'm looking for the dragon riders, I've heard about them, wondering if they could allow me and my dragon to join." She spoke lowly to the person, "I"m Jacaerys, you are?" She introduced herself, but there was a questioning part at the end. Her sword's handle glistened while she huffed lightly. She felt satisfied when ever it got annoyed at her, she was like it's younger sibling that wouldn't stay out of trouble. She chuckled at her thought, but once again Jörmungandr's voice snarled in her head.
It's not funny. One part brave, three parts foolish. Jörmungandr snarled in her head, she huffed; it never left her alone. He was fairly protective of her, but she understood why. She looked at the horses before looking back at her.
"Feed your horses," She told the person, "I can wait." She turned and gave her horse a few pets, giving it a few sugarcubes. Making sure it stayed calm. Her bow glistened in the sunlight, only because of the gem, she had on each end of the bow. That is one impatient horse, shows that not only humans can be impatient. Jörmungandr is quite impatient. It just wanted them to get going, but she had a feeling that this person was near a dragon. She smelled like she had dragon on her. Her eyes narrowed lightly before she turned and looked at her horse. That's when she began to talk in her head.
The person has a dragon sent on her, She spoke gentenly, making sure that it didn't get so annoyed.
You might have found them. Jörmungandr's voice was ridgid before it continued on, Just be weary. I'm still thinking we shouldn't trust them. She rolled her eyes before she took a look at her again before back at the sky.
I will, I'll call you when I get somewhere for me to show you, you big lump of scales and horns. She amused, she heard it chuckle at her statement before she chuckled to her own statement. She needed that.

Maynia stretched out and got to her feet. She padded out of her den and spread her wings. She flew off of the cliff she lived on and soared over the sea.

Kimberly:

"I'm Kimberly," I said "My brother is King Farren of Arian" I started walking towards the horse barn and called behind me "I'll be right back" I opened the doors of the barn and pulled the feed bag through. I first went to Lera's stall and gave her a large amount of feed. I then went to Mickey's stall and patted the stallion's flank. I then poured feed into his trough and went back out to the stranger "So, do you need a place to stay the night?"

I yawned and stretched as the morning sun warmed my back. I called to Dari "get up sleeping beauty!" I spread my wings and flapped until I was above the clouds. I then glided for a while, hoping that Dari was following. I then did a spinning nosedive towards the ground and righted myself with open wings as I saw another dragon. I slowly flapped over to him. "Hello there, I haven't seen you around these parts. I'm Moonstone, and you?" I asked.

“I’m better off sleeping out in the wild. But you haven’t answered my question. Where are the dragon riders?” She demanded, her temper was quite short while her eyes flickered side to side. Making sure that no one was over hearing their conversation. Her chest rose and fell while she sensed the Jörmungandr was flying above her, probably ready to rush to her aid.

Kimberly:

My eyes widened as the girl talked about dragon riders. I quickly went to feed the horses, giving Mickey a pat. I quickly walked back out to the stranger and grabbed her hand. I started pulling her towards my house. "You can tie your horse to the fence for now. I need to talk to you inside" I looked into the girl's eyes with a clear sign of seriousness
