[Okey dokey, group vote: Should we do the show soon or start travelling to the next destination soon?]

[I just realized how useful it is to basically have two RMs running around now. It makes it so I can entertain more people and makes it so I can add a bit of variety to the interactions. I'm debating on whether they should stay separate or not now.]

William couldn't really say he liked Hunter very much. He remembered the boy from Ringmaster's run-ins with the twins and he couldn't really say those run-ins had left him with a good impression of the two. He wasn't sure what Hunter meant by making sure "he would never change faces again", but it sounded like a threat for a hypothetical situation.

Hunter held out his hand and William took it out of moral necessity, though his expression remained locked in a quiet frown. "And what if I was a face-changer?" he asked, hoping to clarify the parts of Hunter's words that had confused him.

...

Ringmaster's arm dropped as Ghost became intangible and stepped out of the man's reach. He settled with leaning his forearm against the frame of the door instead. What a cheeky little idiot! Here he was warning Ringmaster of things that Ringmaster would obviously never experience en masse. "I have yet to lose a whole staff of Freaks during the past century that I have owned the show," he said with a chuckle. "You bright-eyed little thing. You overestimate the self-confidence of your fellow Freaks. And possibly, your own as well. Tell me, if I am so cruel and you are so mistreated, why are you still here? Hm?" His voice turned challenging as he posed the question, arching an inquisitive eyebrow with a confident air.

...

Jem's long pointed ears twitched with interest as they picked up the tone of Harmony's voice. He detected a bit of sadness; a touch of bitterness. He had no way of comforting her when she momentarily voiced the regret she felt for not being able to see the sunset. Honestly, he could see no upside to being blind. Since he wasn't exactly raking his brain for ideas on how to provide comfort, it was a good thing she settled on the subject of walking alone.

"Vhat about Ringmaster?" Harmony acted as though no one would do her harm here when in fact, the head honcho of this whole operation was a heartless sleaze bag. Did Ringmaster ever throttle back the cruelty when interacting with the disability-stricken Freaks?

As he spoke he slunk towards her in his usual feline-esque manner on his hands and feet. He moved his body as he crawled so that he was more in her line of sight since she'd made an effort to face him.

((oh, so I talked to my brother and he said that when outside, you tap the can so that it doesn't become lodged into the those cracks separating squares of sidewalk...I think as well when on grass it's get tangled if it is pushed so tapping it would prevent that.))
Sheila circled higher and higher on the thermos, the warm air currents providing a lift that allowed the bird of prey to gain height with little energy used in flapping her wings. Her head turned either way as she looked around, trying to spot a decent meal. She groaned as those pesky little birds that so liked to annoy and pester birds of prey spotted her and twittered and ganged up on her. She did her best to ignored the smaller birds, they weren't worth her time nor on her prey list, so the nuisances her just that. Occasionally her beak snapped at one of the birds and it twittered and avoided her.

((I must say I feel bad for Hunter, as it was mostly Lyra's antics that got him on trouble..lolz))

Hunter gave William's hand a curt shake of greeting before letting his own fall to his side. To be honest, he hadn't thought past the actual threat and his expression didn't mask that fact. Knowing he'd been caught he just chuckled uncertainly and rubbed the back of his neck with his still free hand. "Actually, to be honest...I'm not really sure how to kill people like me'n Lyra...Possibly beheadment?" He grinned sheepishly, unlike his sister, or how his sister used to be rather, Hunter wasn't very good with threats and lying. Sure, he was an expert pick pocket, however he was awful at any sort of violence, including threats. "Eh...Whatever..." He shrugged, "It was good meeting ya." The boy said, now wanting to get out of the awkward situation he seemingly created for himself, and started to head in the direction he had been originally going in to enjoy his breakfast.

Roslynn's ears pinned at Hunter's threat, muscles tensing on instinct to protect. However, she relaxed once more when the boy admitted his failure to back up his threat, instead a new amusement glistened in her unreadable eyes. The thought of Lyra, however, had the hellhound thinking back to the first time she'd meet the annoyance of a girl; Lyra had changed into a duplicate of Roslynn and sang a fairly provocative and insulting song in Roslynn's voice. The fur on her neck bristled at the memory, Roslynn shook off the feelings stirred by the memory and returned her attention to the present, her nose lifting to the white haired girl handing out food atop a wagon.

Lilith giggled as one of the elephants touched her face with its trunk. She soon left the elephants and went into another cart where she had heard something moving. Lili could tell what the two animals in there were. They were lions. Lili looked at them curiously.
Yo this account is dead and if a mod sees this I would very much like it to be deleted since I honestly hate my memories from here and don't like knowing that I am still here in a way.

((hmm...Well let's see, if I recall your last post involved Daniel making William get dressed so *cracks knuckles in preparation*; Roslynn was comforted by Ringmaster by use of him using her own empathy, then she inquired about what happened to make him split into two beings. That was followed by him threatening her to not break to fragile William and her asking to meet this "other half" of her master. She was given permission and went to the wagon, William answered the door and left Daniel to become acquainted with the curious hellhound. All the while Lyra was running from a rapidly shifting dragon-child Gwen, Blake and Locota left to get food for the whole of Sideshow and Sheila brought it back, Lila is now passing out the breakfast so that everyone gets a fair share, Hunter had been teaching Lilith to dance until she went exploring and found the elephants, was frightened by Sheila, and now has discovered the lions. Blake and Locota have found themselves in the middle of a fight as a gang of Australian freaks decided to go after the pair. Hunter is pondering the possibility of he and his sister being older than what they believe, then smelled food and upon his getting breakfast, met William and Roslynn. Hunter noticed William's not being Ringmaster, attempted to threaten and now is going back on his words as he can't carry on with a threat, and believes William to be RM's brother...Ringmaster is in the middle of antagonizing Ghost, who can render himself intangible and was annoying other freaks with this ability. Jem is talking with the blind girl HArmony, I'm afraid I cannot remember her abilities. And I believe that is it...if anything is missing please someone add.

Thus I have free charries if need be))

dmlp wrote:((okay, so I had a sudden explosion of creativity and a whole scene played in my head for Blake and Locota, may have been cause of the music I was listening to but oh well, anyways..If this post comes out as too God mod and you don't like it Bug, I will change it. However, it is epic and must be shared so, here goes;))
As they walked side by side, Locota at what seemed to Blake a fluid prance, and himself at an even stride, the pair didn't seem to notice the four out-of-place boys following them. The group acted nonchalant and kept their distance, looking interested in their own affairs. However, the eldest looking white haired boy with blue hues glittering in frosty looking hair, kept his gaze locked on the pair. Too late Blake grey annoyed with the feeling of eyes on his back and as he turned to snap at the boy the heavy slam of a fist against his cheek knocked him back. Blake stumbed backward in a daze of surprise, bumping into a mass at his back and suddenly two pairs of arms locked around his own and ushered him into the darkness of an ally. Blake looked up once the stared dotting his eyesight faded and saw to his right the pudgy face of a rather large boy, both tall and heavy in the belly, holding him in place. To his left, a much whimpier looking, scrawing scruff of a boy tried not to tremble as he held Blake's arm. Blake noticed something...odd about the dork's buggy eyes, however his attention was pulled away by a voice in front of him before he could figure out what. Such a pretty thing ain't she boys?" The white and blue haired man sneered, holding Locota still with one strong arm around her waist, the other cupped her chin from behind so the palm of his hand was against her throat, holding her in place as his unsaid threat kept her in check. The two boys laughe din agreement. The boy holding Locota was staring pointedly at Blake, crystal like eyes burning into the dark haired boy, daring Blake to try to challenge them.
Blake remained calm, however, staring back with his own unfaltering gaze.
"What do you want?" Blake asked with a sigh, seeming bored. However, his eyes churned with a burning hatred. The boy laughing, stirring his followers to chuckle with him.
"What? Oh come now mate, with such a dove as this, it's a wonder no one has tried to steal her before." As if to prove his motices, the boy lowered his face nearer Locota's neck. However, his crystal gaze never left Blake, making it obvious he was just looking for a reaction. When Blake didn't squirm, the boy let a disgruntled look cross his face for a moment, quickly hiding this dissappointment with a sneer.
Oh, lemme guess; 'Let the girl go and noe one get hurt.' Sound about right?" He chuckled.
Blake only lifted his head higher, Not exactly." Suddenly Blake pulled down on his arms, slinging the smaller of the two off with ease, hearing a yelp from the small man. As he guessed, the larger one had only stumbled forward, however his grip still held Blake in place.
"I wouldn't do that, sir." A deep voice rolled out of the large man, Blake glared up at his face and noticed it; fear. Not fear for Blake, it was fear for the man's leader, the one keeping Locota his prisoner. It was then that he noticed it, the temperature. It was freezing, Blake watched his breath steam and fade in the air. His amber gaze traveled back to the white haired boy, whome smiled devilishly as if he'd just came out triumphant in this little game of his.
"Good job, but tell me, where did you plan to go?" Blake followed that cold gaze to find the ally entrance blocked by a hunk of glacier ice, steaming in the Australian heat yet fully in tact. Blake raised an eyebrow and looked back at the one holding Locota.
Oh the people? Don't worry, they see nothing thanks to Mikey there."HE said, nodding to the small man still dusting himself off. Mikey looked up at his name, that was when Blake saw what was wrong with the boy's eyes; they flickered with images.
"I broadcast my thoughts, making them show on the ice so to those outside only see the ally as it normally does."The whimpy boy explained.
Blake just looked at the "leader", understanding now that they all were just more freaks to deal with. The white haired man guessed at BLake's thoughts for a second time. "YEs, we all have powers. You're taking the situation rather well, I give you props my friend."
"All I see are the same arrogant *ssh*les as before,"Blake replied darkly. Doesn't change the fact I'm gonna beat the living sh*t out of every last one of you."
The man chose to ignore Blake as he looked lustedly at Locota, running a thumb over her jawline. Beneath his touch, Locota's skin turned blue and frosted.
I'm growing bored of this guy. Take care of him Ralf."
Suddenly Blake rounded on the one called Ralf, a fist sparking as it collided with the heavier man's side, the force of Blake's strength broke a rib or two with a loud crack. Ralf stumbled back with a groan of pain, holding his side. Before he could recoil, Blake leaped up and kicked Ralf square in the chest, knocking the heavy man to the ground. Blake landed lightly on his feet, fists down at his sides as he faced the downed man. He turned his head so his fiery gaze to Mikey and witched the whimpering boy cower away.
Turning his attention the the "leader", Blake kept his side to the man. The fist hidden from view grew red in heat as flames danced upon his skin.
Ralf sat up and saw this, pointed wide eyes. H-he's a-" Too late, Blake rushed at the man, a fist of flames slamming into the wall behind the white and blue haired man next to his face. The flames exploded, head and fire searing everything it touched, however skimmed right past Locota as if she were as fire proof as Blake was.
"Let. Her. Go." Blake growled, flames covering his arms, flicking in his hair, dancing around his feet.
"So you reveal yourself at last pyro?" The man chuckled almost dismissively and shoved Locota away, into Ralf's arms as the man stood. Furry, clawed hands gently held her in place by the arms.
"I'm sorry miss,"the deep voice whimpered. Ralf showed himself to be a giant lycanthrope puppy. Ralf's ears flopped at their tips, a white spot covered the majority of the left side of his brown furred face. A black nose twitched from a slightly longated canine muzzle as he spoke. He even had a small, curled tail poking over his pants.
"I am known as Frostbite, my real name is useless and of no concern of your."
"Blake."
Introductions made, it was time the real fight begun.

((evil malicious laughter as rubs hands together. *insert Headstrong music into background of scene*))

Lyra glanced up from where she sat watching the white haired dancer, hearing Sheila's falcon shriek as the bird carried a number of bags carrying boxes of food enough to feed the caravan, if no one pigged on a bunch. Fogetting she was trying to hide, the blonde haired twin of Hunter leaped from the tree and raced back to the train of cars to try to get to the food first, not noticing she had startled poor Lila abnd caused the girl to let loose a bright flash of white for split second. Lyra leaped up onto the wagons and bolted down their length to where the labrador retriever sized falcon awaited with the food. The girl skidded to a stop, almost falling onto the hot metal roof of a wagon when she saw that she had not gotten to the meal first. Instead a little boy no older than 6 or 7, barefoot, with a strange dragon shaped marking on his arm crouched next to the bird feasting on the delectible food. Lyra stormed over, tail lashing angrily at the air around her. "Hey kid," She growled, however, her voice had lost it's fire, her anger was nothing but a light simmer. Normally, she would have lifted the child and threatened him while holding him out over the edge of the wagon, but she had changed since that day the Hellhounds attacked. Her confidence had decreased a lot, her attitude changed from quick tempered and one of the most violent in the caravan to docile and shy. No longer did she bully and push around her brother, rather she coward behind him. No more did her outbursts fill the caravan with noise, nor her eagerness to pick fights bring Hunter embarrassment. The girl didn't even tease anyone with their opposites anymore. So, Lyra wasn't much of a threat to the young boy and he chose to ignore her. Lyra sighed and simply stooped, searched through the boxes until she found those containing her and Hunter's favorite meals. As she turned to walk away, her tail flicked and, with strength enough to hold her own weight plus a few pounds, shoved the boy. He was caught off guard and couldn't catch himself, he fell off the wagon with a waffle in one hand, toast in the other.

Gwen hit the ground with a loud 'wh-thump', as he pushed himself up and indent where his body hit the ground was left. A deep growl rumbled through him, his eyes turning a bright green as the marking on his arm glowed like embers. Dark, burning smoke curled from his lips and nostrils. His skin turned to shiny black scales, also lightly smoking, or steaming rather. Fingers and toes turned to black taloned claws, horns began growing from just above his brows, a tail slithered from a hole being ripped in his pants. The food in his hands burned and crumbled to the ground as black crumbs. The young dragon boy lost his temper and was quickly losing control. "Yo, b***h!" He snarled through sharpened teeth. Lyra paused and glanced behind her to see the boy rapidly changing into a dragon. Before she would have taken the challenge head on, now, fear filled her widening blue-green eyes and she stumbled back, dropped the cartons of food, turned and bolted as fast as she could. Gwen, still only partly transformed, leaped up onto the wagon with ease, the metal roof denting beneath his feet while the whole thing groaned with his sudden weight. He marched after the frantic girl, sensing her fear and laughing aloud at her. His laughter was of his own young voice mixed with the deep growling voice of his dragon form.
Lyra saw the end of the caravan and fear clutched her in it's coils, seeing a tree near the end of the line of wagons, she prepared to jump. Her feet hit the edge of the last wagon and she pushed herself towards the outstretched branch, missed, however hit the next one down, her tail instinctively tightened around the branch and saved her fall. The appendage was yanked by the girls weight, causing pain to ripple up her spine, forcing a small cry to escape her lips and tears to fall. Gwen, forgetting he was rather short and wouldn't make the jump, as well as the fact he couldn't fly [yet], ended up falling to the ground. The child left another undent on the ground where he hit the earth, gave an animal like snarl at the girl dangling above him. More black smoke girled from his mouth and nose, his scaly black skin began to grow the fur that adroned his dragon form. "I'll kill ya." He growled. He'd long forgotten the reason for the chasing and threatening, all he knew was that this girl had angered him and he wouldn't rest to he got revenge. Quite unlike the easy going ice dragon that seemed to come and go from the caravan as he pleased, this little dragon boy had a temper that made both Roslynnn and Ringmaster seem as docile as a draft horse, both from age, where he spent his life before RM found him, and because of his breed being of fire-dragon race
