Meridell began to shift, light blazing out of her. She grew and turned into a griffon. Her eyes looked in anger to Suru. She bit at him.

He growled surprised only a little. He picked up the Prince and used him like a shield.
" Hurt me he'll die to.." He says holding his knife to Nychta's throat.
~Nychta~
" Meridell.." He says weakly.
His eyes were shut but his skinned started to pale

She rolled her eyes and looked down at the floor and stomped.

~Suru~
He grinned.
" Aw the big birdy can't talk?.."
~Nychta~
He squirmed in Suru's grip.
" How could you do this to me!..I trusted you!" He screamed at Suru opening his eyes that had turned blood red

Meridell shook her head, thinking.

Samuel headed upstairs to get some rest and to give some soup to an injured guard. He heard noises down the hall.

He felt his heart-beat began to slow and he Fell back on Suru.
~Suru~
His eyes faded from Red to yellow and he looked down at Nychta in shock.
" N..no..What did I do.." He says falling to his knees as he hear's the prince's heart-beat stop completely.

Meridell growled and slapped Suru back with her wing. She sat next to Nychta and put her wing on him.

He didn't respond to Meridell's touch.
~Suru~
" Princess..You have to believe I didn't know what I was doing!"

She stood back up and looked at Suru with angry eyes. If you were to look closely, there were flames deep into her eyes. She growled and moved toward Suru.

He backed up to the wall.

She Emerged from the throne room.
' Meridell stop..He's telling the truth.." She said evenly
