When he got back, all he could thing about was getting out. Every so often, he would pop a candy in his mouth. Not many customers came in, but the ones that did freaked him out...

Night looked at the sky and saw the sun starting to set. She turned and ran into town, changing back to her human form as she got to the store. She walked into the store and smiled at Jay.

He was currently dealing with a stubborn customer who thought that he was cheating her out of her change... Jay eventually gave in, and gave her the extra...
He sighed and then waved Night over.
"Hey! Thanks for coming, I actually had something to look forward to today." He grinned and shed his work apron.

"Glad I helped," Night smiled at him, "you ready for this?"

"Yep!" Jay put on his usual attire, mask and coat, and then gestured Night out.
"I follow you," He nodded.

Night nodded and led Jay the short walk down the road to the forest. "I'm no threat to you even after I change unless you give me a reason to be so just give me enough space to move, okay?"

This was the first time the thought had struck him. She was going to be... a wolf... that humans feared and had no idea how to deal with... He just forced his anxiety down while taking a step back.
"Yeah. Alright."

Night smiled t him, "deep breaths, I'm not gonna hurt you." She took a few steps back and leapt forward, her body rippling into the large form of a black dire wolf. She sat calmly and lowered her head towards Jay.
