(I don't think Cilan's sloppy joes are bad, Jaai just really hates sloppy joes. A lot.)

(Well, i guess you have a point. Ari just doesn't like these ones very much. Most other sloppy joes are fine.)

When she finished, she put her plate in the sink, realizing the faucet that fell off earlier was still there. "Uh...so what should we do now?"

(I had to look up what a sloppy joe was when it was first mentioned here, I had no clue what it was)

Lily strolled over to the kitchen bench and took a vegetarian sloppy joe, and took small bites, chewing it slowly, lost in her thoughts. These thoughts consisted mainly of yelling at herself for being too emotionally weak, and then other was reminiscing on how nice the hug was. After she finished the meal, she reminded Mal and Cilan to go get hugged by Rowan, and the settled down on the floor with a blanket to sleep. Sure, it wasn't that comfortable, but she didn't mind.

Ari leaned against the wall, viewing the stars outside. She was mostly lost in her thoughts, though, way to many to explain.

(where I live, sloppy joes are slang for woollen sweaters, so I looked it up because why would they be cooking sweaters hehe)

Ari began to feel tired. "Lily, do you remember what your life was like before you had powers?"

lily rolled over to look up at where Ari was, and pondered over the question. "Not really, actually. I don't remember not having my power." she paused to think, then added "I can't image life without it. Do you remember what your life was like before powers?" she asked back, sitting up to come and view the stars with the girl.

After finishing her sandwich, Jaai turned to look at Cyprian. His plate was untouched, and she assumed he found it as distasteful as she did.
"Smells gross?" She inquired, gesturing to his food.

"Well, I can recall a few years back....but definitely not my whole life." Ari explained. She noticed that little by little, the stars in the sky started to fade. "Wait, is it already morning?!...I wonder if Cyprian and Jaai are still awake."

lily nodded, understanding what the girl was saying. She placed a hand on Ari's shoulder, "are you okay?" she asked quietly. They hadn't talked that often on the trip so far, but Ari seemed like a genuinely sweet girl.

"Ya, i'm fine. I'm just tired."
Ari realized she had a watch on under one of her sleeves. She glanced at it, "It's 3 am." Ari grabbed her blanket and set it down in the living room.
