Cossete Ridge (pg.2)
Cossete walks calmly through the forest scratching at her left harm. Even though a lot of the other experiments had weird physical anomalies. She did not want any of them to know about her lizard scales. She just knew that they would laugh at her or think mean thoughts. They already thought she was young. That was one of the problems with her mind reading ability. Even if no one said anything horrible to her she would know if they thought something horrible. She sunks down at the base of a tree and opens the book she found. It was called Alice in Wonderland.
Alex Ridge (pg.2)
Alex stands outside the city hoping that Adam was alright. He went into the town and hadn't come out yet. Alex knew it was unsafe for him to go into the city because his animal features were a little easy to spot. One open of his mouth and someone will see his slit tongue like a lizards, normal shoes did not fit his big black fuzzy feet, and his little lizards horns poked holes through the back of his shirt.He had to find his sister so that they could be together. He hated being away from her. He just wanted her not to get hurt. He realized that maybe Adam would hurt her. He put on his thick hoodie and giant boots that would call attention to him since it was spring and Alex headed into the town.
