Deposition: She is very cunning and secretive, able to shut off her emotions like a switch whenever she needs to so she can kill without remorse or a second thought. When her powers were bound, she wasn't as strong as she had been so she took time to gain more physical strength and is still a force to be reckoned with even without the use of her powerful magic. Pepper chooses to stay away from Silithia, but does return every so often to see if her powers could be unbound.
History: There isn't much to tell, she was born as a Mage and was raised as one. As she grew, so did her powers and when she was old enough she tried to take the rank of High Mage, but was defeated. After the battle, the High Mage bound her magic so that she wasn't able to use it at all.
Likes: Being left alone...that's about it.
Dislikes: Just about everything, but seems to dislike the royal family less than she does other people.
Strengths: Her killing power and ability to shut off her emotions.
Weaknesses: Seems to have none, but has a secret love of red flowers.
