Backstory: Karmen grew up with her parents and younger brother in a small cramped house near a city. When she was 10 she found out she had powers, at first she couldn't control them meaning it rained almost 24/7 in the middle of summer. Until one day she finally learnt. Mostly she used her powers to create a small raincloud above her Mother's vegetable and flower garden. She always wanted to use them for more than just entertaining her brother or helping her Mother's crops grow. When she found out about the school she begged and begged until she was allowed to go.

Hobbies: Art, singing, does being weird count?
Personality: Bright and happy, easily offended, has a temper. (When she gets angry it storms).
