Lucy blinked and took a step forward to sniff the human. She often avoided them when she was in human form because they always seem angry. But this human, he seemed different. She barked again finding his reaction the first time quite amusing.

"Err.." He held out his hand for her. Most of the kids in the foster home had said wolves were evil monsters that would kill a human on site, but he'd never believed them. This one obviously wasn't trying to kill or eat him so it proved his point. It seemed friendly.

Lucy sniffed the hand before licking it observing how the human taste. She flicked her ears in interest before barking again. She spun around in a circle to see how much this human could be amused.

A large breeze ruffled her fur and suddenly she scented Jay. She turned her head to see the evil wolf narrowing his red eyes at her.
