Nova nods walking to the kitchen, he was thinking of something he could talk about with Mika hoping that this wasn't awkward for her

Ivy stopped laughing when she saw the expression on Miles' face. "If you're that worried about it, I won't tell on you," she offered. "Besides, it's partially my fault, and I did promise I wouldn't be any trouble." She glanced around. "And I think this might qualify as trouble."

Miles

Miles laughs. "Mei knew what she was getting into when she left me to myself." He says sheepishly.

Mikaelan

Mika walks on in comfortable silence. While Nova is nervous, she's perfectly content to walk by her friend's side. She even slips her hand into his, figuring it's easier to navigate at his side.

Nova's face starts to turn a bright red, he looks down at their hands and clears his throat looking ahead of them trying to calm his blush

"She might have known what she was doing, but I bet she didn't expect you to catch a person," Ivy said. She looked over at Kaja. "And yeah, uh, sorry about that by the way. It wasn't supposed to trap people."

Miles

"That it was not." Miles grabs what's left of the trap and shoves it into his bag. He starts to pick up Kaja's things as well to give them to her.

Mikaelan

Mika walks quietly with Nova to the kitchen, her hand still wrapped around his. To her, this isn't strange at all. She spends so much time around her patients, comforting them, holding their hands and cleaning their wounds that such motions seem casual.

As they enter the kitchen the cooks turn around to see a very red face Nova and the happy cute Mika they look at Nova with a smirk who in return throws the Kryalt on the counters and tugs on Mika's hand softly, "Okay Mika come on" he says trying not to yell in front of her

Mika, confused by his reaction, waves at the kitchen staff before being tugged away. She scrambles to return to Nova's side and lifts her head to him in confusion. "Is something wrong?"

Ivy looked at their destroyed snare. "Should we try to make a new one? Or do you think maybe we should call it a day?" she asked.

Nova lets out sigh his eyes closed and his lips in a frown, "No nothing of importance" he says through gritted teeth, he begins walking again, "Come on, or I may leave you behind" he says in a softer tone
