Miles

Miles starts to tell Ivy not to worry, but the sounds of distress coming from the place where the snare was placed cause his words to stop short. "Uh... I think we might've made the trap a little too strong." He says warily.

Ivy stopped walking. "You think that was from our snare?" she asked. She stepped back so she was closer to where Miles was. "Who do you think got caught in it?"

Miles shrugged, his smile turning guilty. "Probably somebody who won't be too happy with us."

Nero leaned back with a huff, lightly pressing on his ribs. "No point in shooting us now, we're all on this god forsaken planet for some reason or another. Might as well get along 'til we get it all sorted out." He leaned down to grab what little he had been allowed to bring, swearing softly from the pain. A bounty hunter like this one had caught him, he still felt a bit sour about it. (Anyone want to play the one that caught him? that could be some interesting drama )

"Don't be so crude, Nero. Have you found out anything about the planet, it's inhabitants? What are relations like?" Hypatia spread her arms to allow easier access for the instrument to work. "Where are the surviving crew members stationed? There is a properly upkept station, right?" She had read about this planet during her studies at the academy, she vaguely recalled reading about it, mostly about its atmosphere and possibilities as a future settlement. "It's a bit like Australia, the first settlers of this planet are criminals and outcasts and such."

Mei

Mei shrugs, switching off the scans. She skims through the results of the bioanalysis; the results don't seem particularly interesting to her, as she looks up almost immediately. "Just don't give me a reason to shoot you and I won't. Usually." Mei replies to Nero, flashing a dark smirk. She then turns to Hypatia with a raised eyebrow. "There's no station here, princess. I've been scanning the planet since I got here." She taps her wrist pointedly. "I haven't strayed far, not yet, but scans show nothing but forest for hundreds of miles. There are sentients set up nearby but they haven't established proper plumbing, never mind space contact. The crew of the ship was lost, only passengers survived, and they're all set up at the native nest." Mei answers all the questions with boredom, then shakes her head at the end of her answers. "If your interview is over, your brother should be moved immediately. The sentients are accepting but there seem to be some not so gentle primitives."

(Sorry sorry my cousin had a wedding shower that was supposed to be two hours and ended up being like five)

Ivy bit her lip. "I guess we should go see who it is," she said reluctantly. She'd been excited to go exploring but she shrugged it off. Her happy mood returned quickly. "I guess this an adventure in itself. I say let's go!" Ivy declared before marching off in the direction of the trap.

"What do you mean theres no station? What kind of company plans for a settlement but doesn't account for a pre-station for the initial scientists at least?" She crossed her arms with a frown. "Where are we going then?" It wasn't that she couldnt survive a forest landscape- she had spent a month in the Mountains of Ragrok with her ''crew'' as part of her training- but the idea of no metallic and hightech buildings was alien. She was surrounded by outlaws and rebels, not her organised and well put together crew. She doubted these people had studied linguistics or engineering or other needed things for a good and proper settlement. How would they manage? How would they put together a working social system? You needed a well working team to find water and create shelters-here she knew no one. She was alone.

Nero chuckled and watched Hypatia indignantly reply. "Sounds good to me. Lead the way." He shoved himself free of the rock and slung his pack hap-hazardly over his shoulder. He only mildly cared that there would be no hot shower- but Hypatia would take care of that pretty quick at least. It was an adventure.

"I am going back to the nest. If you want to follow, be my guest." Mei said simply, if she noticed Hypatia's concerns it didn't show. She was more worried about how the new guests would go over with the Destiree. She turned her eyes on Nero. "Can you make the walk on your own?" She asked, sizing him up to try to guess the answer.

"That's the spirit." Mile replied with one of his signature laughs. "Lead the way." He followed after her.

Ivy kept walking until they reached where the trap was set up. When she saw the situation she winced. "Um, oops?" she said sheepishly. She walked over to the girl stuck in their snare. "Sorry about that. I guess we covered it a little bit too well." She looked back at Miles. "How should we get her out?" she asked.

Nova sighed heading back to the nest bringing the Kryalt with him, he planned to drop it off in the kitchen then leave to his room and sleep
