He pulled himself together, and stood, shaking his head to clear it. He grabbed the hilt and pulled it free. He pushed his mind into it experimentally, and charged some frost energy through it. He felt the blade respond, and he gave it an test swing at nothing in particular.

Alvira
Alvira rushed the ice wall that Valgus had inadvertently created and brought her axe down across his chest, creating a nasty gash. "Oh now we're playing dirty aren't we, you know I hate ice." She said, talking to the sword that had her own brother's essence sealed within it.

Naira watched the battle intently. "Nix, do you think I could copy those weapons with my summoning technique?""i am not sure Naira, but I warn you. Do it summon a copy of that sword. It is spirit bound. If a copy is made the spirit will break free as it splits to cope the other sword." "Note to self: don't copy the runic sword," Naira murmured. "Commander," Naira said, "are the rumors true you have a sister bound to a staff?"

Valgus

Valgus hissed in pain as the axe hit his chests. But, he noted Alvira's aversion to ice. He sprinted away from Alvira before she could attack again, and sent as much frost energy as he could through the sword. He dissapated into shadows, before reforming closer to her, and he swung the charged blade at her side, but not letting it hit her side. As the blade passed over her abdominal region, he brought it harshly up, leaving a narrow, but long slice across her.

Alvira
"You're not getting it Naira, a weapon doesn't make the fighter. It is how you wield that weapon, and you wouldn't be able to summon my weapon, only members of the royal family can summon angelic weapons." Alvira said, pulling her hand away from the wound Valgus had given her. "Nice one, but you could have done more damage, just because I've taken it easy on you two does not mean that you can do the same. Yes, my sister Selina is held within a staff that Father keeps in his throne room, I'm currently his only child not sealed within a weapon."

Naira had lots of questions be decided to hold them in. "My step sister was sealed within a rock, then tucked away in the room where only demons and foolish angels would enter. It was the forbidden love of an angel and a demon, and she was much too powerful to be left alone. I think she'd be perfect for the army," She finally said, "if I have an unlimited power source I could summon the megalith she'd trapped inside of."

Valgus

He started getting slightly frustrated at the constant talking of Naira. This was supposed to be his fight. He sent a coil of black shadow to wrap itself around her mouth to muffle sound. He summoned more frost energy, and let it spread throughout the room. He noticed a faint blue coiling from around the blade. He moved once more, and tucked into a roll, slashing at Alvira's calves. He got up quickly, and smacked the back of her knees with the flat of his blade, unbalancing her. He moved to plant his foot on her back, and pressed the tip of the blade at the base of her neck, sending the feelings of frost and flame at once, directly into her nervus system.

Naira rolled her eyes. As if this would hold me. She summoned an energy crystal made of dim light, not bright enough to be harmful to demons. She held it to the shadow energy, and heard a faint hiss as it curled away. "You should learn to fight with distractions Valgus."

[Flora.]

Alvira
"Forbidden love huh? Some angels have an unhealthy obsession with us. The closest things to unlimited power are Father and myself, and I already have my hands full with you two so I'll think about it. It is a great honor to be turned, I don't do it often." She chuckled as Valgus gagged her. "That's not going to work." Alvira growled a she turned and grabbed the blade and surged her energy into it, causing the blade to lock up and grow dormant. "I'm the strongest child of our Father, you should know better." She told the sword. "If you two are going to argue the whole time, I'm leaving. I will not babysit anyone." Alvira said, slightly annoyed.

Naira summoned something to distract herself. Food. She summoned a bag of dark chocolate chips and began to hungrily chow on the sweet victory tasting chips. "Did I mention I have no stomach so everything I eat goes straight to a black hole?"
