I stop and so does Donna. "Ok. I'll go to those rocks over there." I point to some rocks. I wave goodbye and swim towards the rocks. I sit on the rocks once I get there and look at the many humans on the beach.

I run back to the beach, very happy with my time on the waves. I see a boy waving to me, so I wave lightly back. "Hello," I said, my Irish accent (yes, she has an Irish accent XD) That is noticeable, but not too thick. "The waves are great today, aren't they?" I smile. "I'm Opal. Nice to meet ya."

(Hmm...anywhere really is fine. Currently, there's a lantern type thing going on and it's around nine at night. Payton is the only one I know for sure that's open, though I'm sure everyone would be fine with wherever you chose to hop in.)

Adira nodded and watched her swim for a moment before looking to the sky with a bright smile. She had always loved the lanterns, even as a small child. Moving herself so that she was laying down on her back on her board, she watched the sky contently.

Bae sat calmly near the ocean. The moon gave the sea a dangerous but beautiful effect and the waves wanted to drag her from her warm hoodie. She sat there hugging her knees to her chest and one silver tear ran slowly down her cheek. Her best friend Julie is now dating her Ex-Boyfriend. How cruel is that? So know what? Sit here and mope at the beach? I guess so. Bae sighed and took off her warm hoodie to dip her toes into the dark blue ocean. She jogged up and stood where a wave could catch her. As the water slowly trickled up her foot, she shivered with pure delight. If only she had a best friend to enjoy it with. Without knowing what she was doing, she made a diving motion and plunged into the swirling abyss.

Jenna watched the lanterns float into the sky, illuminating the night. She wished she had remembered to have brought her own lantern, but she had sadly forgotten. And so, she settled on admiring the lanterns that were released into the sky. She smiled at Carla when Thomas spoke. "She sure seems like it." she said with a little laugh. She sat down at the edge of the dock, her legs dangling off the edge. Her bare feet skimmed the cold ocean water, enjoying the sensation.

"This is Riptide my Weimaraner." Carter replied to Marie. He then turned to both girls to introduced himself. "I am Carter, Carter Jase." He smiled warmly to both girls before turning to the sky. It was black, littered with a few stars. What really captured his attention though, was the bright lanterns that lit up the sky with color and beauty. A warm breeze ruffled Carters dark brown hair, and the looked back a the two girls.

Payton walked through the streets of town, a blank look on her features. She wore black cargo pants that came to mid calf, thin soled grey tennis shoes and a light grey cotton tank. Her dark, chocolaty hair was pulled up to a tight high pony tail and bounced behind her. Nothing seemed exciting to Payton, all but the sea breeze to lift her mood.

"I've never been a part of the lantern show." Lola admitted, watching the beautiful lights seemingly dance over the ocean. "I had to watch them from my home, so I'm glad that I was able to finally participate this time." She added, a smile appearing on her lips. She hoped that she could do this next year and the year after that and so on. A bunch of lanterns floating over the water was amazing, she had to admit. It seemed so simple, yet it had a beautiful affect. "Have you done this every year?" She inquired, turning her head to look over at Jason.

Thomas gave a faint smile, reaching over to ruffle the top of Carla's head. The canine simply panted and wagged her tail, pleased with the affection. He focused his attention on the floating lanterns, his blue eyes noticing the different colors. He had purchased an orange lantern, but he could not find his due to the other orange lanterns. "Nice, huh?" He murmured, briefly flickering his gaze over to Jenna. He did not have much to say at the moment. The male was simply enjoying the show, but he had to need to say something, since she was sitting near him.

Walking onto the dock, Daniel held onto the lantern between his hands. He noticed that others were releasing their lanterns, so he quickly moved to reach them. He stretched his arms out and released his lantern into the sky. A grin formed on his lips, his brown eyes following his lantern until he could no longer tell it apart from the other lanterns.
