- ☁ Evan's smile was quick to fade as Nova began to ask about his family though didn't want her to be embarrassed which she seemed to be instantly. He folded his hands over in his lap, shaking his head at her uneasiness, "No, don't be sorry about it." His voice was sympathetic as he cleared his throat. He never seemed nervous in these situations despite what he may have been feeling on the inside, the training since childhood helping him to perfect his poker face and lock up anything he really felt.
"My parents were a really happy couple, they loved my brothers and I and my father was really passionate about his business," Evan was always reciting how to answer this question when it came around but formulating it was a struggle for him, "I had two older brothers and they were all involved with the family business as well. I got into it when I was about seven, running errands for my dad but I actually was hired for a position when I was maybe... fourteen." Evan tried to recall his childhood.
"We had amazing times together," Evan held back a smile at the memories, "No vacations really and my mom would of liked less work and more play but the trade really brought us all together." He nodded as he finished, returning Nova's gaze.
"What about you?" He spoke delicately, knowing Nova was much more reserved about matters like this.
