"jacques...." the name sounded familiar. "Thank you for the information dear." he said."Of course I cant let you go, you would tell the others about me. And we arent quite ready to be revealed." he said. He motioned for a large buff man. "Gaurd her." he handed the man the silver chain and crossbow. "If you cause any trouble, or try to use your power, He will chain you up. And I know how that burns you." he walked upstairs. Where is dominic? and hunter? Those blasted boys should be back with information by now. he thought. He passed back and forth. And who is this Jacques character?

"Really?" I was suddenly suspicious as I stood up slowly backing away from him. "You don't want to kill me? You don't want to run me out of town? Call me a witch? Use my power to your advantage? There's something going on here. What's your angle?"

Dominic: I put my hands in my face. "Because....... for the first time in my life..... I... I can't let anything happen to you Rebecca..... even if that means Midas killing me I... I can't let him find you I just can't!" I say, standing up and pacing back and forth.

Violet: I nodded and curled up into a corner. I felt so helpless... I didn't know what I could do... I didn't want to get killed and... for some reason... I didn't want to leave Midas... Something about him made me want to know more

Hunter: I walk into Midas's place and stare at him. "No luck. To many witnesses where I was. You get anything?..... Where's Dominic?"

"First of all Dominic nothing is going to happen to me, I can take care of myself. Second, who is Midas and why is he going to kill you?"I asked. I stopped backing away from him but I didn't go back by him, not yet.

Dominic: I sigh. "Rebecca...... I'm a hunter..... my entire family was killed by freakies and I've been one ever since...... but I... I can't let them hurt you... you're different...." I sigh, just sitting with my head in my hands

"Y-y-you're a hunter?" I took a deep breath, "okay okay um that's cool." I've been chased by hunters for the past six years and finally a decent cute guy comes around and turns out to be one of them. I went over and sat next to Dominic. I reached for one of his hands and held it. "So this Midas guy is a hunter too, and you're afraid he's going to take me away from you? There's nothing to worry about Dominic, where is he, I can take him easy and he won't even find out I'm...I'm...that. I mean, I bet your a great hunter and you didn't find out about me." My stomach turned at the thought of Dominic hunting people like me.
