Velvet had abruptly blushed, but he quickly corrected himself. He had at first stammered, trying to find the right English words, as he still struggled with certain words, but he said, "спасибо, ER- I-I mean... T-Thank you.." He said, then quickly walked over to the line and grabbed a plate, piling up 4 pancakes and a little bowl of syrup as he hated his food and condiments touching, then walked over to an empty table and sat down, neatly sorting everything, then started to eat, trying to be very neat and not so... Messy.

Ansley had actually almost stated to climb the tree again, but she hadn't noticed​, but an Owl hybrid had noticed her earlier climbing and seemed to be worried. She almost let out a chuckle at that, but held it back and instead smiled at her. "Oh, hey there, love! Were you watching the show?" She said, tilting her head to the side a bit. She was used to trees, as trees were basically her childhood friends, helping her get out of trouble. The thought almost made her purr, but she didn't. Right now,
there was an owl watching her possible every move and Ansley herself was pretty curious on what she had to say.

celosia came to an abrupt stop when she saw someone, or something, hanging from the tree. what the..? she took a step closer to find that it had been a male, with antlers that protruded out of his head. "what the hell are you doing out here?!" celosia asked with a sharp and angered tone. he was clearly struggling, his pant leg had gotten caught on a broken branch. for some odd reason there had been a punching bag hanging from one of the various branches, and she assumed he had been working out. tapping her foot against the terrain lightly she narrowed her eyes, "why are you out here?" she believed she was the only one who wandered this far, although it did make sense considering they were all hybrids.

It was a fine day to be outside, with the birds singing in the trees and the people walking around the neighborhood like nothing was a big deal
He reached into his pocket upon feeling the familiar twinge in his mind, and pulled out the small box and the cylinder like plastic piece
He stuck one of the pleasure filled sticks into his mouth and lit it, before breathing in and exhaling the fumes through his nose
People would look at him funny, always mutter to themselves 'its not good for you' or 'you'll stunt your growth'
In all honesty he really didn't see the difference in anything.. nothing was growing weird, he didn't have any problems with his lungs
Even though he had been smoking for a good portion of his life so far
He continued to walk until coming across his favorite coffee shop
There, he didn't even bother to extinguish his flame while walking in and ordering a scone and straight black coffee
Once he got what he needed, he went to the corner and sat down, smoking, eating and drinking while reading the paper
Just to see if there was any inspiration for him
As an artist, he found inspiration within the dark parts of life

He grunted and growled to himself while wiggling a little more, until someone spoke up and he stilled while moving his head to look around
It took him a moment, but when he finally saw her his eyes narrowed and he watched her from being upside down
He couldn't figure out why she sounded angry, what.. did she own this part of the woods? He didn't remember people being able to buy forests
He crossed his arms over his chest and sat there with blood quickly running to his head
"What do you mean?" he asked gruffly, trying to match her tone
Though it didn't work, and he only sounded grumpy as if she had interrupted something
"Why am I out here? I could ask you the same, maggot.."
And blinked a few times before struggling to sit up, which wasn't working
He made a sound and sort of slacked out, as he couldn't see straight, things were blacking out..
"This isn't.. just your forest.."

Ansley had climbed the tree again, curiously looking at Matilda. She almost gasped in surprise at her wings. They were so pretty! She grinned at her, then said, "No, not at all! You're free to do whatever." She chuckled, then tilted her head. She was pretty curious about her wings. Gently, she reached out and felt them. "Is it fun to fly? I mean, It definitely looks its fun." She smiled. She set her hand down on the branch, needing to keep her balance.

Matilda noticed Ansley's reaction to her wings, she smiled a little as a result. "Thanks! I appreciate it." She look relaxed, calm even. She flinched a little as Ansley touched her wings, not in fear, just in muscle memory. "Yeah, it is. It's amazing to feel the wind brush against you." She looked at the sky, "I used to fly everywhere when I was younger." She smiled as she remembered those times.

cel quickly lost her temper with the male, throwing an aggressive punch at his nose. she wasn't sure if she'd broken it although didn't care. she had been fuming over his retorts, "maggot? is that all you've got?!" she shot back, her tone had grown louder. she shifted into her towering and muscular black wolf, snarling as she bore her fangs. she decided to size the male up, unafraid of a good fight. celosia gave a malicious growl before snapping her powerful maws. her eyes narrowed further and her gaze locked on him, expecting some sort of punch back. maybe even a "rude" remark. she noticed that he appeared to be losing consciousness, considering he'd been upside down for sometime now. her vision was red, due to her ridiculous and uncontrollable anger. most knew not to make her angry, although some still needed to be taught their lesson.

He flinched and felt blood start to pool in his nose
It wasn't at all attractive, and or safe since he was upsidedown
He choked a little and cringed before falling straight onto his face
Where he lay on the ground for a moment, and struggling to get up
He was still alive, and with blood pouring from his nose he felt very lightheaded
Though to save his dignity he had to fight back
"I've got t-that and more, private.." he snarled and looked over to her with a growl
"C-come at me.."
He then struggled to get to his feet while fighting a blackout
"M-maggot.."

she stood above his muscular figure, her serrated canines revealed themselves. they threatened to pierce through his flesh. he was losing consciousness rather quickly, and she knew how it would end for her had she allowed the male to do so. angrily she shoved him into an upright position before pushing the back of his head down. this was a rather challenging task considering he had giant antlers protruding from his head but she managed. "don't expect me to ever do something like this again." exasperation coated her voice. she never was good at anything first-aid, although did know how to fix something such as this. celosia had already returned to her human self. she examined the antlers silently, easily able to identify what his hybrid was. a buck. she stood up once it appeared the blood flow had returned back to normal and looked around for a short moment to note her surroundings.
