"mm," daniel grunted, seemingly unpleased. it was likely he was a tad irritated from being interrupted. "well, she was wrong. there wasn't one." realizing how rude he sounded, the brunette amended his statement. momentarily his chiseled features softened, as he went on to explain. "i'm sorry, i've just been working for a few days straight without interruption."

Naginii burst into the lab. "Sorry!" She said. The major breakthrough has not been discussed with most of the lab researchers. "I was working here the other night, and I found human DNA on the walls. I think the metal we were working was first touched by a human. The major lab researchers and the healers are growing it in a back room."

daniel turned away from naginii as she revealed this, likely a bit angered by the fact he hadn't been included in this. he had worked there for a long time too, hadn't he? and yet this was hidden by him. "i see," he replied, in a voice that was just controlled calm. the vampire was seething beneath. "i will be taking my leave, then." without another word, the brunette walked out, leaving his labcoat on his table in his wake. prat continued to sit on his shoulder.

"Wow." Naginii whispered. " something so confidential, to me, of course I would only tell my closest, most trusted workers. Violet, the human found was my mum."

Naginii was angered by the outbreak, and she controlled the air around him. It moved away, so he didn't get oxygen, and she walked to him. "So... You're leaving?" She said, anger in her voice. "Well I'm sorry, but..." She dropped the hold around him, and air flowed freely to him. "I am stronger than you. I would choose wisely." A tiny flame singed prats feathers.

"gee, thanks for threatening me." daniel replied sarcastically, "doesn't that just instil a vote of confidence in your abilities. leading through threats." shaking his head slowly, the male flickered a couple of strands of his dark hair out of his eyes. "and for your information, i wasn't leaving. i was getting some alone time. you just took it the wrong way." pausing, he then added on in a sour tone. "however, after how you acted - implying i wasn't important, or trusted, and now using your power to bully, i am considering it."

"I don't trust anyone, except my close family." Naginii said. " I'm sorry if my powers got out of control, It happens when I get angry. I guess I took it the wrong way. I was gonna tell everyone today, but it seems... Ok, the human DNA was that of my mum. Happy now?"

daniel snorted, not satisfied. "whatever," he replied cooly. "don't expect me to hang around if you're going to act like that." without another word, the brunette activated his vampire speed, using it to dash away from the lab. already, he was figuring out a plan for the night. he needed a few days off from his research. perhaps he could just stay away from a little while.

Violet briefly frowns as the male dashes away. Gently pushing her hair back, she leaves also, beginning to hunt. Realizing that she's rather tense from the scene she just witnessed, she makes it softly rain to calm her nerves.

"Thank You" On his way out he grabbed a dagger and headed into the forest. He was in the forest for about twenty minutes until he came across a deer. He ducked in the bushes until it got a little closer. He then burst out of the bushes and threw the knife right at the deers neck.
