She had listened to the whole conversation in his head. "Are you ok?", She asked, biting her bottom lip.

"No, not really, that was weird. That didn't sound right." He said, Lily never apologized even for things that she admitted to doing, "whatever." He said brushing it off.

"What movie do you want to watch?", She asked, still a bit concerned. Kylane walked toward Shade and looked at her many, many movies.

"I don't mind." Shade said still a little shaken he sat down on a nearby chair and put his head in his hands. He hadn't heard Lily's voice since they were kids, fighting. 'She's an adult, people change' He thought, he was thinking about how she never would apologize.

She read his thoughts, she just couldn't help it. Kylane walked over to Shade to console him. She wrapped her arms around his shoulders and said, "everything will be alright, I promise."

Shade smiled a little bit, "I know but that was just so random." He said and sighed. Shade stood up and turned to Kylane and hugged her.

She hugged him back, enjoying the warm embrace. "Do you still want to watch a movie?", She asked him, still hugging. Because she was so happy, her emotion control power surged, sending tons of her happiness into Shade.

"Ya that would take my mind off things you can go ahead and choose a movie I'll watch anything." He said with a warm smile, he pulled away and sat on the couch.

She picked a random movie off the shelf and popped it in. Only after looking at the case. "Avengers?", She said and sat on the couch close to Shade.

Shade put in the movie and sat down beside Kylane and watched as the movie started.
