Jace Parker
Jace was exhausted. It had been a long day and he was ready to get some much needed rest. During the ride home he kept dozing in and out of sleep.

felix //
Felix instantly began skipping, nearly dragging Theo behind him at the pace he was going. "What do you do for fun, Theo?" Felix asked after a few moments of silence, as if being quiet was not something he could possibly abide.

finny //
"Jace, you gonna live if we leave? Like, live literally? Your insides have been tampered with, you think you're gonna be okay?" Finny asked quietly.

Jace Parker
Jace managed a small smile and nodded. "I'll be fine. I'll be good as new by tomorrow!" He assured her and opened the car door so he could get out. "See you two at school." Jace waved at them and gently shut the door behind him.

Clara //
"Bye, Jace," she said quietly. Turning to Finny, she admitted, "I'm more than a little worried about him..."

Theo //
"Me? Hmm... I watch some TV, read lots of books, hike sometimes?" Theo shrugged. "Nothing that interesting. What about you?"

Skylar sighed "no, just walking because I have nothing else better to do" she said with a shrug. She didn't even know there was a party but that's because she didn't have very many friends let alone anyone that would invite her to a party, she wasn't the type of person to just show up uninvited.

Rayne nodded silently before looking around. "Well, ah, it was nice meeting you. I, um, need to get going, so see ya around." With that Rayne walked back to the car and got in before she began to drive to the east.

finny //
"I am highly concerned and I think he might be lying to spare us the trouble of staying here." Finny whispered back, clenching her fists slightly.

felix //
"I launch myself off high places at high speeds, why?" Felix shrugged slightly. "I own a motorcycle that's a bit worse for wear. I have jumped off the school...two times now. Still fine! For the most part."

Clara //
"I can't help but agree," she replied in the same tone. Clara's hands shook slightly. "What should we do, break in? Call an ambulance? I don't exactly have experience dealing with this."

Theo //
"Oh, right," he said faintly. "Sounds fun. And you never get hurt? Not at all?"

Jace Parker
Jace quietly entered his house and hung his keys on a protruding nail in the wall beside the door. He covered his mouth to cough and slunk upstairs without a word from his parents as usual. He could hear one of them moving dishes around in the kitchen. It was probably his father making himself food after a long day of work. Jace entered his room and fell onto his bed with a groan. He didn't like feeling sick. This was his first and hopefully his last time feeling this way. The heat radiating off of him attracted his three cats, and they curled up around him, purring at the warmth he was providing for them.

Clara //
She peered upwards, seeing a figure move around in what she assumed was Jace's bedroom. "If that's him," muttered Clara, "he really doesn't look so good."
