He grumbled a bit and didn't answer her while setting down Eddie, then coming to pick up Sophina
He placed her in the crib as well before moving to turn off the lights
"Right.. Bed time.." he sighed and moved for the bed tiredly

"Oh, n-no. Well... yes. B-But that's n-nothing to apologize for.." Piper said, her quiet voice stuttering as usual. Honestly, she'd never be sure if she'd be able to get use to being around others. But so far Cleo seemed to be a good start. "A-Are you ok?" She asked, referring to the tossing and turning of the other female during the night.

London frowned a little, noting the sudden tension surrounding Chester. Maybe he had sad something wrong? He hoped not. He made a small squeeze as well and made a mental note to ask about it later. "We would find him in the main lab, hopefully. If he was anywhere else then I'm not sure where we'd look."

"I prefer not having to guide you forever." She huffed, turning her nose up. "I couldn't couldn't care less if you were blind or not. I'd still be here." She shrugged, just speaking her mind no as she continued to clean her hands.

The shorter male flushed in the cheeks a little, clearly embarrassed that Joel thought so lowly of him. He switched no benefit in drinking and it only seemed to make people grow in stupidity. Basically a waste of time in his book... Julius watched his boss sit down, cold bottle in hand still, then watched Joel down a bit of his. The offer he was given actually made the blue boy light up. With all the stress he's built up in the last few hours, a day off was just what he needed. But he wondered if it was worth it... Maybe. Not to mention Joel might respect him a little. Julius nodded slowly, showing he more or less accepted and hesitantly opened the beer bottle. The rush of alcohol flew into his nose, sting it and making Jules cringe. His bright blue eyes looked at Joel and his smirk and pouted a bit before he brought the bottle to his lips and took a sip, immediately after he coughed. The taste was bitter and strong and just plain disgusting. "What the hell..." He hissed quietly, glaring at his bottle. Obviously he wasn't a fan...

Rei huffed, eating the last piece of whatever strange thing he had found in this planet's trees. He was sure he would die from whatever -fruit maybe?- it was but hunger was hunger and he'd whether die on a full stomach. Not to mention how fin her felt now. His golden eyes gazed around curiously but rather boredly. He'd been roaming around without sleep for a day in a half and he was desperately seeking a place to just lie down and sleep. Sadly he's had no success. As a Rouge he couldn't get a home in the buildings built here so that wasn't an option. And just laying on the ground in some random spot only gets you a nasty pecking from those weird bird things. I just wanna a nap! He whined mentally, showing the pout on his face though.

He shook his head and sighed
"No.. Just tired is all.." he said and laid down beside her
"I'm ready to shleep for a veek."

"Ah.. right.." he huffed and tried blinking a bit
though he couldn't see much.. he had a sense as to where things were now
"I prefer sight.. Just so I can do my job."

Chris grinned, "The dog-like creature of course!" He opened the door and walked through. He readied himself as he was attacked by the creature. It had growled and lunged at him its teeth bared. It sunk into the outfit he wore. He mentally thanked the person who created it happily. He looked to Edmund quickly, "You should come in quickly. We still need to feed him." Stella walked around and sighed she knew that she had to either go back home or leave her sister. She sighed and shook her head. She didn't want to leave her, but she had to be careful. She went back home and prayed for her sister to come back. She sat down and waited while she stared in the direction she knew Cleo would come through. (Open)

Piper nodded slowly, understanding what bad dreams could do to someone. Since she was abandoned that was all she seemed to get anymore. She grew use to it that it didn't phase as much anymore, just dully sleeping as the frightening images crossed her mind. But that was in her dreams. She was still terribly frightened by about anything that made her heart leap. "Bad dreams are the worst..." She muttered in sympathy, not stumbling over her words as she grew more and more use to Cleo. "H-Hungry?" She offered an apple she picked from the lab.

"Glad we're in agreeance." Melanie said, drying her hands as she turned to face him. She smiled, more natural than all the other's she's ever shown to the doctor. She felt a connection to him now that she changed his eyeball as if it were a light bulb. And, though she couldn't remember who, he reminded her of someone who she use to hold dear. "Oh! Speaking of. I'd like to get back at those jerks who did this to you. They got away and I don't like that..." She huffed, moving to sit on the edge of the treatment bed.

"Who.. Edward? He vas ze von who shot me.. How could ve find him again?"
He frowned and rubbed his eye a bit while blinking
Almost.. he was almost able to see and turned his head to try and see an outline of glasses.

His eyes widened and focused on the animal while coming in and keeping to the wall of the enclosure
"Right.." he stammered and huffed while slipping a bit

Melanie shrugged, not sure either where they'd find Edward and decided to just push the thought back. But it wasn't completely back. She'd get that psycho back for what he did to Josef. His stupid girlfriend too. His next questioned brought Melanie from her hateful thoughts and she immediately reached for the glasses on the desk behind her and handed them to him.

"Ah.. Danke." He said before reaching out to grab them, and slid them on his face
Blinking a few times, he needed to remove them and clean the lenses off before putting them back on his roman nose
Upon getting his slight vision back, he gazed over to Melanie and smiled
"Zere you are.." He chuckled a bit

One did not answer, for he was already asleep on the bed with her
And led a dreamless, peaceful night while curled up with Morna
At one point his arms wrapped around her and pulled her gently close to cuddle
