Julius took his hair out of its tiny ponytail and let his blue hair fall to its shoulder length before putting it up again. The point was to get the hair in his face, well, out of his face. But that didn't work. Julius let out an annoyed huff at the few rebel strands of blue that just refused to stay up. All thoughts of hair left his mind though as he turned the corner and spotted Joel. His cheeks flushed red and his attitude brightened. "Mr. Brooks." He called, speeding up to catch him, while waving.

Rei huffed, eating the last piece of whatever strange thing he had found in this planet's trees. He was sure he would die from whatever -fruit maybe?- it was but hunger was hunger and he'd whether die on a full stomach. Not to mention how fin her felt now. His golden eyes gazed around curiously but rather boredly. He'd been roaming around without sleep for a day in a half and he was desperately seeking a place to just lie down and sleep. Sadly he's had no success. As a Rouge he couldn't get a home in the buildings built here so that wasn't an option. And just laying on the ground in some random spot only gets you a nasty pecking from those weird bird things. I just wanna a nap! He whined mentally, showing the pout on his face though.

Joel's dark train of thought was interrupted by a familiar voice. The founder turned his head a bit to see Julius heading toward him, looking rather obscene. "Jules." He muttered in a sort of greeting, using the name he called both he and his aunt. He liked the guy enough, and usually didn't mind having a chat. Now was not one of those times.
Whether he wanted to or not, Joel knew he'd have to say something.

Facing away from the other, he shut his book and turned to face him
Now up close, barely inches from the stranger's nose he gave a little grin, but his eyes suggested he felt unamused
"Have you not seen someone in a tree like zat before?"
Tucking away the book under his arm he dusted his suit off

Well, you wouldn't like this ice cream ad much if it was hard would you? Solid, yucky ice cream " she shook her head. "I like you any way you are Edward... But, sometimes, it's best to be soft. Sometimes, soft tastes better. Sometimes.... Soft is necessary.. now... You wouldn't want your child to be, murderous and evil or mean or bad would you? They take after you, they learn from you. I want them to be soft Edward.d I'm soft. Do you love me Any less than when I'm hard?

"But-" She began but stopped herself with a heavy bite of her lip. She didn't like the thought of their being a bullet lodged in his eye. Not only was it disgusting but it was also very unnerving. If trying to take it out wad bad then leaving it in posed just as much dangers. She bit past the skin, causing her lip to bleed, but she didn't seem to notice. His next request threw her off completely. "Ew. No!"

Julius was just a foot away when he paused in both confusion and disappointment. He was hoping for a hit more of a friendly greeting, or at least a lighter tone. But this was Joel after all. The beer part was what confused him. He tilted his head up to look at the significantly taller male. "Beer?.. Um, y-yea. Yea sure, this way... but might I ask why sir?" He asked curiously while turning to lead the other to the break room.
