Jace sighed in relief and relaxed a bit, slightly releasing his grip on Kura before setting him on the ground. "S-Sorry... I'm not really used to being around others.." he said quietly, watching as Kura walked over to the girl and rub against her leg, purring contently as he did so. He smiled a bit, "He likes you.."

Despite her better instincts, Keira smiled as the cat purred. It had been too long since she had been near a real animal. She went back to her typical cold demeanour. "Well, I don't like people so we're in the same boat."
