She nodded. It was logic, how could humans be so cruel. "I'm really tired, I've running away from the Industry myself and I know what it is" a thought came into her mind "I don't want a war, but I will help you rescue the shifters that are trapped inside the Industry's labs" she didn't want anyone, specially kids like her to suffer the same that she had. Of course she couldn't know that she wsa the yourger shifter in the world, she herself was weird between humans and shifters.

Falling silent in the presence of everyone else, Ember said nothing.His quizzical gaze scanning over the small group of four was routinely collected and emotionless as he trailed behind the group and though he wasn't really looking at anything particular he felt his eyes drawn to the woman and child infront of him.Listening in on their conversation he huffed in no particular emotion "Nothing stays happy forever kid and though that's great that you know how to use a bow, we don't need children in the line of fire."he grumbled softly his eyes taking on a dark and haunted look as Shay mentioned experimentation.With a small nod of approval of shays performance with Alex he stayed quiet.Tasting the air the Second in command stiffened slightly "Erin..."he murmered though it sounded more like a question then a statement." he turned and walked back to his cabin cautiously "Erin?"

Shay-

She smiled gently, shaking her head. "Ah, there will be no need for that yet, Alex," she whispered soothingly, patting the girl on the back tentatively before heading down to one of the far cabins. It had been empty for three years now, old and rackety...but it would do. "Come on."

Erin-

She glanced up, her eyes instinctively widening, her nose quivering at the scent of wolf. "...Yeah, is it Ember?" She whispered dryly, standing up on the far side of the cabin.

Alex quietened suddenly scared of Ember a fear that vanished away in a few seconds but Alex grew less and stared at him shily. Her heart asked to fight but her mind shushed that wish, she was new here and didn't want to draw attention towards her. Anyway she was used to people understimating her, once an older boy had started messing with her and first she didn't care until his comments had become usual, one day her inner rebel exploded and he kicked the boy so hard that he had fallen to the floor and started whinning and moaning. Still, she knew it was more clever if she stayed calm and quiet. She nodded and followed Shay slowly

Gently she swung open the door to the cabin, it creaking errily as she stepped inside, Alex right behind her. The floorboards creaked, dust heavy in the air, the lights dim. After a moment Shay nodded, the beds' at the far corner and a small little dresser beside it...the rest just...empty space. She pursed her lips, gently resting her hand on the girls shoulder and smiling sweetly at her. "I guess you'll be staying here for a while, I know it's a little cramped but I'm sure you'll find a way to make do. Here, why not put your stuff down over there and get some rest, okay Alex?"

Alex admired the room fascinated. She had always dreamt of living in a small wooden cabin just like this one. She carefully left her bag on the floor and smiled softly "It's..." she couldn't find out a word to describe it, the cabin itself wasn't much but for her this was better than a castle "Perfect" she said expecting that that could define everything that she was thinking. She looked at Shay "Thanks Shay, for... everything" she watched Luna as she came inside the cabin and laid down on the cracking wooden floor "I think she likes it too" she laughted.

Instead of answering her question he simply stepped into her line of view and said nothing.Narrowing his eyes on her quivering for he shook her head slightly "Your outside."he stated though it sounded more like a question then a statement "I trust that means you are feeling well, because if you were still ill you would be laying down and resting."he stated his shining Amber eyes cool and emotionless giving nothing away about his thoughts or how he's feeling.Shoving his hands in his pockets he stated at her with his piercing Amber gaze waiting for a responce.

She smiled sweetly, her vibrant almond shaped eyes tender beneath the dim light. "I'm glad," she whispered quietly before straightening, stroking her finger's across the lab's back as she came in in friendly greeting. After a moment she politely dipped her head, dissapearing out the back door and clicking it shut behind her. Shay ruffled up the back of her hair, a soft, tired sigh seething through her lips as she headed down the long cobblestone path. The harsh scent of tiger was in the air, her eyes narrowing as she caught sight of Ember, saying something to whoever was inside of his cabin.

"Um, yeah, I am, actually," she drew out the words slowly, carefully, twirling her thumbs with a sudden offset feeling. "...Dont worry, I didn't break anything," she blurted out, his stunning Amber eyes harsh up against her pale blue.

Logan followed Belle. As they went through the trees, the pain on his leg got worse. He had to stop for a few seconds before continue. The walk seemed like hours as the wind rattled his bones. He was feeling and more tempted to shift to his wolf. His hands were a light blue as he trodded on.
