Graceton's grandiose architecture went completely unnoticed by Marina as she bolted down the winding cobblestone paths. Of all of the days to wake up late! Why today?! Why today, on her first day attending the most prestigious school of it's kind did Marina find herself waking up nearly an hour after she was supposed to be leaving her little mountain town?
Marina's patchwork satchel smacked against her hip when she rounded a sharp corner and burst through a random set of doors. As she rushed down the halls, something caught her attention. A clock. She came to a halt before it, breathing heavily as her eyes studied the hands.
Would you look at that, Pugna chuckled, amused. You're not late after all.
This was far from amusing. She was exhausted, and disheveled, and she'd somehow managed to get dirt and grass stains on the ends of her skirt. "Oh haha. Hilarious," she huffed. When Marina adjusted her satchel on her shoulder there was a heart wrenching tearing sound, and before she could react, the bag fell to the ground and her books were scattered along the floor. "By the spirits..."
