Alexia swam to a remote part of the shore and shifted, making sure no one was watching. She then started walking down the beach. "That was fun," she murmured, suddenly stopping in her tracks. There was a cheetah standing right there. "Whoa."

I hand the money to Claudia so she could put it in the cash register. I send the shifter girl a wink, my way of confirming her suspicions "I hope you have a nice day." I tell her then turn to the next customer behind her to take their order.

"Yeah." I trail off then look around "I should probably go tend to the other costumes." I tell him looking at him once again. Before I turned away my eyes shifted for a longer period of time than before and I actually noticed this time. Hurriedly I turn around to the table behind me and picked up the empty dishes. God I hope he didn't notice...

I finished up on the car I was working on and wiped some geese off my face. finally break time I think as I finish cleaning my hands. Stuffing the towel into my back pocket so it's still hanging out I decide that then coffee shop next door is the best play to take a break at. I stuff my hands into my front pockets and start to make my way towards the shop.

I turn to see a girl standing on the beach behind me and I mentally curse. I shift really fast and walk over to her and place a hand over her mouth "what ever you do please don't scream." I ask my still golden eyes begging her not to.

Alexia nodded, a smile forming on her face. She jumped into the water and shifted into a dolphin, then did a flip. She shifted again. "Familiar?" she asked. "It's amazing that I met another shifter."

I finish my coffee but I don't want to go home yet. I don't have any plans for the day, maybe i'll take Ace to the dog park. I look down at him, he's napping next to my chair. Looks like hes not ready to leave just yet either. I relax a little bit more in my chair and watch the people around me. It's a busy town for being relatively small.

They did! Her eyes changed colour! Dan couldn't believe it. He tried not to show how amazed he was, and luckily he managed to keep a straight face as she left the table. Looks like this boring town isn't so boring after all, he thought, pulling his phone out and making a memo. He titled it "Tidalwave Mystery", and added a line saying Elizabeth's eyes, changed from brown to blue - still a mystery. He forgot about putting the phone away properly, instead leaving it on the table, but now he looked around suspiciously - who else in this place had colour-changing eyes? Everyone was suspect. The investigation had begun.

Chloe finished Spirit's training and walked towards town. In her messenger bag were 50 idetical posters reading, "Help wanted at Dolphin Paradise Dolphin Rehab Center! Now hiring!" She went to the first building and hung up a poster in the window of a coffee shop.

Briana walked inside Mimi's, quite hungry. Although she resisted the urge to shift, her thoughts were wandering. I wonder where I should go next. she thought as she ordered some coffee and a muffin. The park? I could shift in the woods and take a nice long run. Or maybe the beach. She sat down at a table, pulled out her notebook, and started sketching a wolf. Then she noticed her hair seemed ever-so-slightly lighter. Am I shifting without trying? I am! Oh no! She quickly grabbed her things and ran outside at full speed and ducked into an ally just as she shifted fully. What just happened back there? she asked herself as she shifted back.
