Vanishing into the crowd of people, Dipali had to switch Raja from her shoulder to her chest, holding the kitten close so he wouldn't fall off and be lost within the crowd of other people going about their lives. She kept a tight grip on her only friend and companion, though she someitmes wished for human company, it never happened. Going near adults was bad and other street kids were generally hard noses who made their leaves stealing and cheating the working class and gulliable out of their money. She wasn't sure where she was going at the moment, but she knew of one place she could go to get shelter if needed, however it required...work in exchange for shelter and food. There was also the fact that she had signed a contract with the benefactor and he was the reason she hadn't been turned into the police yet...so long as she kept up her end of the deal.

Keira groaned as she recalled the conversation, Adam had tried so hard, and she had torn him down. For the first time, she had met someone like her, and she had driven him away like she always did. As she plunged into the crowds, she pushed down her regret.

Character Name: Ryuunosuke 'Ryuu' Ishikawa

Personality: Ryuunosuke sees himself as a rebel, though a more common description might be 'criminal'. Either way, he certainly does not abide by the common standards and expectations of society. When asked to describe him, there are many things one might say, however among the most common of them seems to be 'twisted, backstabbing, unreliable, deceptive, opportunistic snake'. Ryuunosuke prefers to go with simply 'resourceful', though the aforementioned does certainly describe him. Ryuu has not a scrap of loyalty in him. He will not hesitate to betray those closest to him as a means to an end, and is only ever looking out for his own interests. He disregards the rules and laws everywhere he goes, doing what he deems necessary to achieve his goals. Ryuu is, in a way, a time bomb. From the moment he sets his eyes on a target, the bomb is set, and cannot be stopped. Likewise, the moment he begins to work with another, he also begins to plot against them. Ryuunosuke is quite intelligent and intuitive, and has exemplary deductive reasoning skills.

Ryuunosuke is a man of average stature, with rather messy black hair framing his round face. Ryuu has quite pale skin, and dark eyes. His clothing selection varies greatly, as he wears whatever is deemed suitable for the situation, however he tends to wear darker, less noticeable clothes on a regular basis.

History: Ryuunosuke never knew a family, nor did he know love, which could certainly have contributed to his disloyal nature. Orphaned at birth, Ryuu spent the first several years of his life in an orphanage. He avoided the other children and kept to himself. In those years that he spent at the orphanage, Ryuu occupied himself with many tasks: for one, improving his intelligence via the reading of book upon book. Equally noticeable, he would often explore the orphanage complex, and at times would disappear for hours on end venturing the manor and locating spots to hide. Quite the young prodigy, the orphanage did not know how to handle him, and simply left him to do whatever he liked. It was because of this neglect that Ryuu found it such a trivial task to escape the orphanage at the age of eleven. And, although the orphanage searched for weeks, they were unable to locate any trace of Ryuu.
Having always been a rather resourceful and self-sufficient child, Ryuu managed quite well on the streets. Although he did connect with several homeless networks over the years, he never remained affiliated with anyone for long. By the age of fifteen, he had committed himself to a lifestyle of crime. Thanks to his extraordinary mind, he did quite well in the craft, and became a rather notorious thief around the city.
It was on February 24th that Ryuu's life changed. While committing a particularly difficult robbery, Ryuunosuke found himself cornered by police, seemingly with nowhere to run. However, as he stepped back against the wall, he discovered himself stepping through the wall. With his newfound ability, Ryuu escaped the situation quite easily, leaving the shocked police force without a second thought.
Over the past years, Ryuunosuke has continued to operate as a criminal, living comfortably on the streets. He has several safehouses around the city, and has ties to several criminal networks. Those of which he is not at the head of, he is most certainly prepared to turn on in the blink of an eye.
Powers: Ryuunosuke has the power to make himself intangible at will, meaning that he can pass through physical matter. After many years of practice, he has mastered the art of turning select parts of his body intangible for seemingly unlimited periods of time. His ability does, however have its limits, downfalls, and risks. While Ryuu is certainly capable of shifting all of his body to intangibility at once, he must always have at least some small part of his body in the tangible world, as a link back. If he loses this link, he will be unable to return to tangible form. Furthermore, if he remains intangible for an extremely lengthy period of time, he will have great difficulty returning to - or be unable to return to - his physical form. The most obvious risk to his ability, other than this permanent intangibility, is the possibility of rematerializing within matter. If vital organs are caught within matter, he will die almost instantly.

History:Echo's father killed both her mother and beloved sister Mal, so she was left with no choice but to kill her father. She later developed powers that were making her almost lose her mind, and was forced into a mental hospital. Chained up on the wall, she discovered that she could bend metal, setting her free, and leaving the chained cuffs on her neck and wrists by choice. Echo now lurks in the shadows, killing anyone who tried to hurt her.
Powers: Bend metal, turn invisible for a limited amount of time, attack with a mysterious blue aura, speak to spirits.
