Vadai smiles at Mika's enthusiasm she looks back at what she could call guests and smiles, "Well welcome to our home aka the nest" she says with a warm smile

Niami stops and looks with wide eyes, "Holy Sherlock Holmes, will you look at that!" she said astonished

Nova rolled his eyes at them like they were idiots

Ivy stopped next to Miles, staring at the nest in awe. She looked at the many levels, feeling a little bit uneasy. "Um, do we have to climb up very high?" she asked nervously.

Mei

Mei examines the height and sheer size of the nest and turns to look at the proclaimed clan leaders, Ethaniel and Vadai. "It's built high. Is there something on the ground to keep away from?" She lifts an eyebrow.

Miles

Miles looks down at Ivy, not bothering to beat around the push. "Is your problem climbing or height?" He asks, worriedly.

Mikaelan

Mika bounces excitedly. Home, home, home, her eyes scream proudly. She's grinning nonstop.

Nova walks over to Mika, "you seem happy to be back home"

Vadai nods her eyes growing dark, "Yes, don't ever leave the trees at dark" she didn't say more on the subject

Niami bounced around excitedly, "wooh we get to stay in treehouses, it's like a house only cooler! she says happily with a dumb grin on her face

Ivy looked up at Miles, wondering if it was that obvious. "It's the heights. I'm not that great with them." She glanced up at the nest again then added, "I can probably handle it, as long as we aren't near an edge, and if we aren't all the way at the top. That would be pushing it."

Mei cracks her knuckles. She doesn't ask anything further, but it's clear the idea of dangerous specimen entertains her. "Where are we heading, exactly?"

Miles

Miles smiles at the girl. "Be strong, little one. I'm sure you can handle it." He adjust his bag. "So, I was promised food."

Mikaelan

Mika grinned at Nova. "I love our nest." At Miles' words, Mika giggles. "We have lots of food!"

Vadai blinks slowly and nods, "Yes we have a lot of food" she waves hand, "If you'll follow us, you can eat to your hearts content"

Niami sighed happily and began to follow them skipping slightly and singing a song she just made up about food

Nova nodded in agreement his arms crossed, "these creatures are odd..." he said watching Niami skip around

"I thought we already discussed how even though I'm small, I'm not a kid," Ivy said, rolling her eyes. At the mention of food though her stomach growled. She hadn't realized how hungry she was until Miles brought up the use of eating. "Food does sound good."

Mei gestures for Vadai to go on up. She stands aside, waiting for everyone else to mount the ladder. She watches each person as they pass. Her tattoos seem to shift slightly, like something refracted in water.

Miles

Miles looks at his sister knowingly and then smiles down at Ivy. "A child you are not, but you're still quite a little one." He gestures for Ivy to climb ahead of him.

Mikaelan

Mika excitedly climbs the ladder before Vadai can get to it, scrambling up quickly.

Vadai let out a small sigh of annoyance but quickly brushed it off and climbed up the ladder
