The beautiful brown haired one looked towards their other son. She smiled as she said “You look so handsome.” She wondered silently if Gendry may end up finding someone here that he fancied. She then shook her head a couple times.
She turned her attention back to their older son, and smiled at him. She reached out to hug him quick, then pulled back. She nodded at her older son, and said “We’re both ready, and it seems Gendry is too.” She then looked over and saw Rena with Rory.

She asked “How are you feeling about all this?” Their council were the ones that had decided this…and they had to listen. She figured it was much the same with the werewolf council.

Inside was a pair of socks, so he said “You can just use both of these and do something with your sock that you’re wearing right now. You should take both these socks, since they match. The shorter and slender, feminine looking one hummed quietly a bit. They glanced around, and watched the area a moment. They then looked to their mate, and said “Ceremonies are all over. Should we go talk to some others, or just stay right here?” They knew the reception would happen soon. The people were probably still setting up, or at least making the food. Food could take a long time to make. Plus…they’d have to find blood for the vampires, though it seemed vampires could eat food, it just didn’t do anything nutritional for them.

The reception is mostly going to be eating and us running around. You can still talk to people at the reception, but since we have time now you can go get started meeting people, if you want to.”

Then…then the couples have to go to their new homes.” Which were somewhere in an area in the middle of where all the packs’ lands and vampire lands were. He wasn’t really actually sure. He knew they’d be shown where those houses were, the next day or two days later.

Food could take a long time to make. Plus…they’d have to find blood for the vampires, though it seemed vampires could eat food, it just didn’t do anything nutritional for them.

They saw the vampire leader with her kids there, so they left her time to end their chat.

They nodded to Valentine as the other left to get some snacks.

She felt broken, or actually she didn't know what to feel. As much as she wanted to sit now during her ceremony, she found out that those words were stuck in her throat, and she felt afraid to actually be the one opposing this all. She could not understand how the other werewolves and Vampires took this so peacefully. As the ceremonies where over, she didn't really know what was she supposed to do now, she didn't feel like seeing her parents and she felt uncomfortable with her new vampire mate.

The ceremony passed with much fanfare from each family, whether from a designated pack or clan. Jeran was ever charming and dutiful as he stood up at the altar with his betrothed -- now his mate. What a world of difference this would make for their family, and for the entire pack. Gendry smiled at his brother from afar, standing with his two parents. The sound of footsteps approached, and he turned his head to meet the sight of a golden-curled woman. From her scent, Gendry realized she was human, most likely a helper from one of the vampire clans. Nevertheless, his heart quickened its pace.
He turned towards Kora. His smile grew ever wider at her permission. "Thanks, Ma. I'll see you after the reception?" Gendry promised. He gently pulled away from his parents and towards the woman. The young man placed a hand at the small of her back as he led her away from his family so they could speak alone. Once they left the crowded area for the sanctuary of a quiet corner in the garden, he turned towards her. "I didn't know there was such a beautiful specimen in this place, among the bloodsuckers of all things."

But logic concluded that he would have to get along with the man if they were to live together. And link their two groups together, his pack and his clan. "Care for a drink? Or other refreshments?" Cain asked.

Not towards her family but... she couldn't look at Zara during all that time, as much as her heart yearned to. Even now, she couldn't bear to look at the woman.
Inhaling deeply, Eva shook off her thoughts and brought her attention back to the woman in front of her -- Marina, her new werewolf mate. "So... lovely weather for a wedding tonight, right? And such a great turnout!" Inwardly, she cringed at her weak attempt to make small talk.

The beautiful brown haired one brushed at her hair a moment. She then shook her head, and looked towards her mate. She watched her wander off to the snacks table. She looked at Gendry, smiling as she watched him and she nodded at him. She said “Yes, we’ll see each other after the reception.” She then watched him head off to that girl, who smelled like a human. She didn’t carry the smell of vampire, other than from being around them. Kora hurried over to Mazelina, saying “I think Gendry just found himself a companion too.”

The slender male with the creamy peachy skin hummed a bit. He was pretty pale compared to others, though not as pale as his mum. He brushed at his shoulder length brown hair. Ambery eyes glanced to his family, then he looked to his vampire mate. He was a werewolf, so he’d call him his mate. He’d also refer to him as his husband or spouse. Since that’s likely how a vampire said it, they likely wouldn’t say mate. The darker brown and white wolf within him wanted to get out…He blinked as he heard Cain speaking. He glanced to the other male, staring at him a moment…then quickly nodded. He said “I…would live a refreshment.” He wondered quietly if vampires actually drank, or if they only would consume blood.

We’ll start with the clan leader first, though.” She looked around a moment, trying to see where the Maroon leader was at now.

Just like a dog might sense things from their humans, and a horse could tell when people were afraid, so could she. The dark reddish brown and lighter brown wolf inside was annoyed…Shaking this off, she said “It’s definitely lovely weather.”

He then heard Sullivan…so he turned to look at the other male. He had a cool look on his face, not cold but cool. It soon dissipated, however, when the other male apologized to him. He quickly nodded at the other man, saying “It’s…it’s fine, we’re from different packs. I shouldn’t have been telling you what to do.” He then smiled at the other male, saying “Hmm, then…are we good now?”

That’s where many of the alpha pairs, the current ones, had met. It wasn’t just their larger packs. Other packs also went to that submit, and those packs were where some of the current secondary alphas had come from.

He glanced to the other male, staring at him a moment…then quickly nodded. He said “I…would live a refreshment.” He wondered quietly if vampires actually drank, or if they only would consume blood.

She sighed a bit, "That's good, I guess, we all need to find friendship and companionship with each other...as this bethrothing thing alone doesn't take us anywhere, we all need to make our...things for this peace to last," they said to their mate. As the alpha of the family but they still felt rather nervous to go talk to the others, what if they say something wrong? There was a lot of nervousness and tension in the air, and all of it was not because of the betrothal thing.

They got little shivers on their skin when they suddenly started to wonder what kind of kids vampires and werewolves have, it's not a werewolf, yet not a vampire. They looked elsewhere, wondering could those were-vampire wolves could become a problem as they thought of the strengths of both of the creatures, and now they will be mixed.

He stretched his hands a bit after the ceremonies, giving a little yawn of tiredness, not like he was tired, but tired for all that sitting and listening. He looked over to his mother a bit, then toward the other two, or Yurei, mostly as he was the one talking to him. "Hmm, so how are you two doing so far?" he asked them both.
