looks or discription: Short-cropped, dark brown hair (very stylish if the hat would ever come off!), dark blue eyes that sometimes seem gray, well built and tan enough, tall-ish (5' 9"), not particularly pretty (sorry, I meant handsome), but likes to smile... Always wears baggy clothes and a sailor's hat....
what were you doing on the ship?: Well, that's kind of a difficult question. Before I tell you the truth, you have to swear to keep this little secret just between us, okay? You see, I am from a very small fishing town and I am the only child in my family. Three years ago, my dad (he was...is a sailor) went to sea aboard the Duke of York. He never came back. I've always known that somewhere out in that big world he is still alive, but when my mother died a few months ago, I decided to go find him. Unfortunately, the ship I decided to...board got stranded on this island in the middle of nowhere! I decided it would probably be safer for men to explore than it is for women...and the Captain already kind-of confined me to the ship, so I Talia only child of Lorenzo and Francine Jaymond transformed myself into a male...using clothing and makeup of course... So shhhh, don't tell anyone!
personality: Completely unafraid, even when she probably should be. Not the most obedient young woman, although you must give her some lee-way; she is an only child. She knows a lot and is more educated than she lets on. She has also always wanted to someone to love her (and not in the parent way).
for or against seafolk?: Have never seen one yet, but when I do, I would definitely be for them!!

looks or discription: Carroty-red hair with (you guessed it!) greeny-hazel eyes (apparently the Irish came by sea), nice build, pale skin with freckles (just a smatter!), and a little on the shorter (?) side... His scales are an ombré from dark (seaweed) green to the green of the ocean (sorry, algae).... He has a long fin on his back, and small fins on each forearm (making him a bit more aero(not, but I'm not sure what else to call it)dynamic. Wears a simple white shirt with a little stitch detail...accept when he's racing of course!
Silkie, Merperson, or Siren?: Merperson (man/boy)
personality: Easy-going and the type of Merperson who likes to listen rather than speak. Very quick wit, but not quite as fast in the tongue...
for or against humans?: I stand behind my queen, so against!
history (optional): I don't know where I am from or who my parents are, the whole sea is my home, and I am the have always been one of the fastest swimmers of my class since swim-school.
