Accepted...though could you maybe change his age to 19(or at least put he just turned twenty)? They are supposed to be teens :3 and add an image link for his weapons(+they are suppose to have a name cx)?--

So I uh, had a change of thought, and so tweaked Dell's form. He's now recently turned twenty, and I've named both his weapons. If it's okay, could he have two powers; invisible energy manipulation + avian manipulation? Please?
