A splintered kingdom is finally coming together for the first time in fifty years. The arrival of the winter solstice marks a time
for jubilee and warmth—and lavish, politically-driven parties. The royal Aritran House is finally opening its doors to its former
enemies for the Winter Solstice Ball in the hopes of coming to a formal treatise between the House and the rebellious groups
who opposed the kingdom's previous rather... heavy-handed ruling. The new queen has dedicated herself to a more gentle app
roach, but it is hard to take a royal's word at face value these days. Tension are high, and no one is expecting the night to end
well. At least, with luck, the food will be decent.
