You either need to be an owner or an artist to color these in.
These are a closed species do you can't make your own.
And customs are special. There is an event right now where you can win a custom.
Check the main thread to find the event.

FINALLLY...actually got around to making the last 3 LOC that needed moving over. and at that, I am officially done lol. Though Val turned up with longer butt feathers then her original ref, I think it turned out nice.

I've been trying to get this girl transferred onto the L.O.C lines for a while.
I was given permission by starry to make her into and L.O.C, but I need to get her on these lines and get her some nice armor. I would love if you could help, as I think Poison who offered to help is kinda busy.
