If you don't have a WME and you colored these lines then you'd be making up one, which isn't allowed.

You can't because its a closed species, you have to adopt one to get one ^^

Its just part of Horsy's terms of use.
Some people just dont follow the rules of the breed, so this makes it so that fights and bans dont happen.
It just takes patience and hard work to get your first WME. I just got mine a few weeks ago and I have been searching for 2yrs.
For some it takes less time.

If you want to colour it, you need to go adopt one. Making your own is not allowed as horsy already has 5 other artists making them. What's the point of having an adoptable species if other people just go and make their own?
