~ Dictionary ~

Deathcap: A HUGE mysterious mushroom that only shows itself to ‘The worthy.’ Cats look up to it as a demiurge. The cave where the Deathcap is found often changes.

The chosen: A cat who becomes a leader. A cat who becomes leader has to venture to find the Deathcap. If they do not return, then they are not worthy of being chosen. They are presumed dead, and the cat who is picked from ‘In waiting’ becomes the next Chosen.

In waiting: A deputy or a group of cats waiting for ‘The Chosen’ spot.

Golden Griever: Also known as the Death cap’s killer. A bear.

Cave dwellers: An exiled cat or loner.

Timetellers: Time tellers are of two cats who take turns sitting at the entrance. They are the ones to tell how long they’ve been stuck in the burrows, and what season it is. Their kits take the place of the timetellers.

Silver Mushroom: A medicine cat. Since herbs are so rare, they specialise in mushrooms to heal instead of plants.

In waning: A kit. They are called this because they are the last to eat, and often freeze, overheat, or starve to death.

Show-off: A cave dweller showing its skills so they can either be shunned, or they can either join the clan.

Slippery paws: An insult talking about how soft your paw-pads are.

Jack: Instead of a tom or a she-cat, a they/them character is called a Jack!

~ Alligence of Murmuringclan ~

The chosen(1-1)
Reekingstar: A complete silver jack with ripped wings. Their face is moulded into a moth's head, and their tongue slithers in and out of their face. Their tail is long and slithers while they walk, it can not be raised or lowered. Their eyes are large, fly eyes. The top of their head has fluffy annatanaes. (PLAYED BY XxvPARANORMAvxX)

Bloomingshroom: A grey cat with huge blue eyes. parts of her fur glows blue in the darkness, and small mushrooms and fungi grow on her pelt. (Played by AmyLovesDogs)
Iciclerain- Medium long-haired light blue and silver cloudy pelted tom, with ice blue eyes and black & white striped belly.(Played by Queenoflames)
Lonesight- An absolutely stunning she-cat with long feathery blue, and purple fur with green scales running down her back and across her shoulders and down the back of her legs. She has peacock feathers at the base of her tail that go down part way, her tail continues on to be bare before fanning out into another set of peacock feathers and she has thin peacock wings with scales and large round green eyes.(Played by murderous mushroom)

Silver mushroom/Silver mushroom apprentice(1-3)
Beautyfluff- Fluffy ragdoll, with white cloud-like patches and deep purple-red and dark-coloured fur. She has heterochromia eyes, pink and purple.

Hangingroots: Hangingroots is a dark brown she-cat with a pointed face and mole paws.

Littlepaw: Littlepaw is a fluffy cat with grey fur. Their eyes are dark and mysterious. They have no mutations.(Played by XxvPARANORMAvxX)
Zinniapaw: Long-haired light buttermilk-coloured tom, with reddish brown belly and odd light pink paws. He has light pink eyes and is colourblind.(Played by Queenoflames)
Rhodinitepaw: A strangely large apprentice, that sports long, clean fur. His face and front limbs are dark tabby, while his midsection down is pure white. His spider mutation caused the apprentice to have two more limbs, which are found right behind his first front two paws. His eyes are a light blue-green. He is slim, but not to the point where too much bone is showing. (Played by .Gray_Bones.

Midnightkit: Long-haired pitch-black cat, with dark and deep red eyes. (Played by Queenoflames)

Geysertail: A blind cat who has pinkish-white fur. Her tail is similar to an Axolotl’s. She also has pink gills. (Played by AmyLovesDogs)

Blocked entrance
This place was once beautiful. As cats entered the cave, small mushrooms would have lightened your path if you were worthy. It looked as if they were blooming. Now, after hundreds and hundreds of moons, the entrance is blocked up with no way out. The mushrooms are now small, and barely hold enough light for cats to see. The place is littered with skeletons of past time keepers and rabbit bones. Rarely, a vole or mouse squeezes past the blocked entrance.

Exiled creatures
Cats who have been exiled are sent here to die. There is no prey in this cave. Warriors usually guard this cave so the exiled cats can escape. This cave is treacherous, claw marks are cut deep into the rock, and all the mushrooms have been plucked out of the ground for some kind of nutrients. No light floods in this cave.

The disgusting rabbits
Since there is no exit or entrance to the burrows, the rabbits have inbred with eachother to no return. There faces are strange, as if they have melted. There eyes pop out of there sockets. Cats usually have to eat this, for there is nothing else to eat other than traits and rare voles and moles.

Den of the dead
Cats who have perished. This is the only ground that is soft enough to burrow through. Sometimes, cats resort to eating the dead because there is nothing else to eat. It is covered in vines and large mushrooms glow in the dark so cats can inspect the graves.

Maze
Where the chosen or the Silver mushrooms go to see the Deathcap, or to collect healing mushrooms. Any time a cat exits the maze, the maze seems to change. No patterns have been documented.

Where the chosen sleeps
This place is sacred, for only The Chosen is able to be in here. A soft nest with the only moss rests in the middle of the den, a trickling stream that never seems to stop. Small, useless mushrooms rest at the entrance of the cave. This is the closest cave to the Death-Cap.

Timetellers den
This is the smallest den. There are no mushrooms that cascade the inside of the den.
Camp
The camp is bare rock, roots overhang the top of the clearing. This place has the smoothest stone.

In Waning Den
Rat skins and smashed rabbit faces clever the walls and floors of this den. The nests are made out of rat tails that twine together.

The Spot of Dripping Cave.
This place is half sunken in water. Stalactites and mites shoot out from up and down the cave. Any misstep of a cat can lead to death. Cats usually come over here to go to the rat cave, or to drink the water of the Dripping caves.

Rat den
This Rat den is another place to hunt. It ranks of faeces, mildew, and urine. This is the most healthy food aside from the occasional vole or mole.

*Drippingwhiskers paws stepped on the sharp stone, but his pads were left untouched. His large catfish whiskers twitched as he noticed Iciclerain near the leader's den. He dipped his head to the other tom but didn't stop to talk. He was on a mission to get to the Blocked entrance as fast as possible. Picking up speed, he drifted across the tunnels and took a sharp turn. Finally, he stopped at the entrance of Murmuringclan. He sat next to it, heaving. For a moment, he rested, before he looked up at the brightening sky. He suspected it to be morning* " Good dawning, me."

Midgnightkit

*Brinkingbat gracefully leapt through the tunnels, her medium-sized wings brushed along the sides of the cave as she hopped into the nursery. There, rabbit pelts and rat pelts lined the walls and floor. Disgusting; truly, but she was used to it* "Good morning little Midnightkit!" *She crowed, showering the kit with rubble as she dashed through the door*

*Littlepaw's shoulders were hunched, and their tail was lowered towards the ground. They looked like tiny rats rather than a medium-sized apprentice. As they reached the apprentice den, they shoved themselves inside and headed to their rat tail nest. Sitting down, they unravelled an iridescent caterpillar that lit up the cave. Littlepaw's ears perked up as they studied the little creature, slowly edging its way out of Little's nest*

Geysertail
(Just to mention here Geysertail has a crush on Brinkingbat!)
Geysertail sat on the bottom of the lake, scratching out three tiny cat figures on a stone slab besides her. She looked at the drawing, frowned, and scratched out the one with the bat wings. “No, no, Brinkingbat doesn’t look like that. Her wings are way smaller…. And prettier.” She noticed what she was thinking about, blushed, and accidentally smashed the stone tablet. Geysertail looked at the mess, sighing in despair. Now she has to find another tablet again.

Bloomingshroom

Bloomingshroom stepped delicately down the cave, avoiding any moss or water puddles on the ground. She went inside the nursery, frowning at the rabbit pelts and the rat tails. But she wasn’t here to scold the kits for misbehaving, like she usually did. Today she has something to say about Drippingwhiskers. She’s realized that he has been acting really suspicious. Wandering around during work hours, daydreaming, disappearing even. A time teller is an important job. If he can’t do it, then there are plenty other cats who want the job. Bloomingshroom knew that the Tom was good friends with Brinkingbat, so she’d came here to find the she-cat for some clues about where he went. And if she found out he’d been misbehaving…. Bloomingshroom’s expression darkened even more. Oh, she would trap him in the rat den for three whole days.

*Brinkingbat noticed the glow behind her, and turned to see Bloomingshroom. She smiled, abandoning her post next to the little kit, stopping next to Bloomingshroom* "What do you need, Mushrooms?"*Bringkingbat purred*

*Littlepaw pulled the caterpillar closer and began to see blue stuff oozing out of the caterpillar. Littlepaw squirmed, disgusted by how he had handled the caterpillar so cruelly. They were his only friend and his only passion. He stood, discarding the body*

*Drippingwhiskers dozed off, bored of having to watch the sun. Instead, he turned, looking for places to move the stones from the entrance, but none moved. He sighed, giving up. Instead, he walked over to a small rift in the wall, too small for any cat to fit. He sat down and stuffed his paw into the rift before he pulled a small, silver rock out. He began to draw on the stones*

He hated rabbits, even if those voles or moles didn't taste great either still he rather ate them than those disgusting rabbits. His light pink eyes looked at some of his clanmates, wondering if any of them could come with him to the rat dens even if the path there was very stressful and dangerous.

She groomed her long chocolate calico pelt, and her unique red eyes looked to Brinkingbat and then to Bloomingshroom who walked to the den one after another. he didn't really know what was going on between the two but she felt the tension there.

Beautyfluff (24 moons)

She silently followed the time-teller in distance, before getting closer "so what do the rocks say to you? Drippingwhiskers?" she meowed to him. Her two colored eyes didn't leave the stone at the tom's paws, like she was trying to see something, but didn't see anything but a stone there.

Iciclerain (24 moons)

He sat there silently, watching those who were up already. He didn't really like the in-waiting for den, actually, he didn't like their whole camp at all, it felt so creepy and he know there could be more beautiful places somewhere than this rabbit's graveyard they call a camp. His eyes followed the other in waiting there walking toward the nursery 'why is everyone going there?' he wondered to himself as he did notice Brinkingbat going there as well.

The buttermilk-colored young tom was still sleeping at the apprentice's den, unsure what time of the day was or does it even matter to the clan.

Midnightkit (3 moons)

She yawned and turned to see the warrior approving the nursery. She didn't really know what to think about the floors and walls at the den, she was born there and didn't really know any better "morning Brinkingbat? What brings you here so early?" she meowed stretching her tiny black legs.

Bloomingshroom nodded politely. "Don't call me Mushrooms. It's rude." She hissed slightly, but quickly regained her composure. "Have you seen Drippingwhiskers? I have some important matters to talk with him."
