we cats have existed in this wonderful city for moons
and moons: as the beloved companions, the crafty
loners, les scélérats, the scoundrels -- but now there
is danger at every turn; the twolegs are at war, and we
felines are caught in the middle of their nasty affairs.

it is rumored that there is a place for us, a clan where
we can be safe. . .far, far away from death, destruction,
and chaos. come, join us: we have a leader who was once
one of the clan, someone who will bring us to safety and
teach us the ways of les chats sauvages. . . the wild cats

this roleplay takes place in world war II france. the cats who inhabit the city of paris
are now finding their lives turned upside down as owners leave them behind to flee the city or
disappear entirely. explosions and gunfire and metal birds fill the air, and danger may come at
any time.

vide noir is an old cat who was once a part of alderclan, a cat who has kept her warrior past
under lock and key, until now; after an attack on the city, vide noir rounded up as many cats
as she could find and has told them that she can lead them to safety if they can make it out
of the city and to the distant forests. she believes alderclan will help them, and promises to
teach them the ways of the warrior code on the way.

can they trust her? or are they following some distant dream?
