chart thread. Again they are not necessary
seven. one High rank per person. high ranks must be active please!
eight. Roseclan true mates will be chosen by yourself and the other person. However Thornclan mates will be chosen at random. If you do not like your Thornclan mate then please feel free to have a forbidden relationship! After all this is a romance roleplay.
nine hate the cat not the player. Please be nice to everyone. no bullying.
ten please disable signatures when posting on the role-play page.
eleven if you want your cat to take part in a prophecy then please put 'prophecy' somewhere on your cats forum.

Roseclan was founded by a pretty cream she-cat with amber eyes called Roseflame,
whose mate (Thorngaze) had been rumoured as being unfaithful to her. At the time in which she
found out, she was in her early pregnancy with his kits so pretended that she knew
nothing about him being unfaithful to her and at the time she did not actually believe
it. A moon into her pregnancy, she found him with another she-cat from a different
clan by the stream and her heart broke. Feeling betrayed and heartbroken she
confronted her mate and said that she never wanted to see him again. He
promptly left her and her kits for the she-cat from the other clan. Few
sunrises later and Roseflame could not stand the sight of her clan again.
She left in the dead of night and made the journey to start her own
clan, where love would be true, pure and beautiful.
So began Roseclan

Everything roseclan does revolves around the Rose Pond. A crystal clear
pond surrounded by the most beautiful looking and smelling roses.

True Mates: Roseclan believes in soul mates and that they are chosen and accepted by starclan.
So when two cats wish to become mates they must travel to the rose pond, where a crystal clear pond
is surrounded by the most beautiful roses. They must stay their for a night and day and if a rose blooms
they are true mates and must take the rose back to the clan to prove that they have been accepted by
starclan. If they are not true mates a rose will wither and die while the rest loose their petals. This
way love will remain pure and everblooming.

Warrior ceremony: An apprenticeship usually lasts six moons or more. Once a mentor is satisfied with their
apprentice's progress and skills, they recommend them to the leader of the Clan. Then, the apprentice
must pass an assessment, in which their abilities as a warrior are checked. In cases when the
apprentice has just made an important contribution to the Clan, the leader
may decide that there is no need for an assessment

Apprentice ceremony When a kit turns six moons old, they are ready to become an apprentice.
Until this time, their name ends with the "-kit" suffix. When a kit becomes an apprentice,
their name is changed so that the suffix of their name becomes "-paw", showing
the path their paws are on.

Thornclan was founded by a handsome long furred brown tom with brown eyes, called Thorngaze,
who was unfaithful to his first mate, Roseflame. When he first fell in love with he was head
over heals for her and would have done anything to keep her safe. But as time went on his
love for her grow less and he started seeing other she-cats who he thought could have
kits with lots of potential. He started to flirt with cats at the gathering, and when
Roseflame was in the early stages of pregnancy he started to see a beautiful silver
she-cat from another clan. Roseflame found out but it was too late, the silver
warrior was now pregnant with his kits and he claimed to love her more
than Roseflame. When roseflame confronted him he left just like she
had suggested to create his own clan, where love was not pure, it
was arranged, that way his clan would have the best warriors.
So began Thornclan

Everything thornclan does revolves around the ever burning two-leg fire.

Assigned mates: Assigned mates are assigned so the clan can have strong kits or intelligent kits.
This way the clan will strive and flourish. When assigned mates are first assigned they must
travel together, with a cat of their chose to the two-leg fire with a rose. The rose is to
be thrown into the fire to show that they believe nothing about true mates like Roseclan does.
(Though forbidden romances often occur)

Wrenstar lifted her petite grey head of her mossy bed and yawned a big yawn. The small grey tabby she-cat stretched and washed her fur clean from any moss that stuck to her, before padding out into the open, sunny clearing. Blinking her yellowish green eyes to get used to the sudden change in light, the she-cat sat down and began to lick her paws, just enjoying the sounds of the birds singing in the trees while she waited for her clan to wake up.

As she listened to the birds singing the leader felt her mind wonder, and her thoughts turned to more personal matters. Pretty soon though the she-cat brought her attention back the present and wondered when her deputy would start sending out the dawn patrol.

Whiteflame sat outside in the clearing, laying on a small patch of grass. His white pelt seemed brighter and whiter as the suns rays washed over him and warmed him to the bone. The white tom lifted his head when a familiar scent caught his nose, seeing it was only his leader, he flicked his tail politely and then lay his head back down, his amber eyes scanning the sky as big, fluffy, white, clouds drifted by. A content and happy purr escaped his lips and he heaved a small sigh as he watched the clouds drift by.

Leopardpaw opened her watery, blue, green eyes and glanced around the apprentices den. So far she seemed to be the only apprentice awake. Shrugging her shoulders slightly she got up and walked outside. "Lazy bones" she though to herself on her way out.
Once outside the golden-brown, spotted Bengal, apprentice bounded straight over to the fresh-kill pile, picked out a plump rabbit and sat down to eat it. Her tail swishing happily on the ground beside her. This was her clan, and her home, the only place she felt safe. Sure Roseclan sounded nice and all but she had grown up her in Thornclan so her allegiances would always lie with her home.

Sunlight flickered through the warrior cat den and onto Mudtalon's fur warming him up. He sighed slightly knowing it was probably time for him to wake up and see if he was needed on any patrols. The large, fluffy, brown tom yawned and stretched, picking some moss of his tail. Once he was satisfied that he was all clan and presentable he headed out into the camp clearing, where he spotted the Bengal apprentice eating form fresh kill.
Hearing his stomach rumble the tom decided to grab something to eat.
