we are a clan of bravery, strength, and loyalty.
our home is located in a very distinct area. an enormous oak forest, mixing into an alpine with a lovely
taiga forest. on the opposite side of the mountainous ranges, there is a deep gorge with a rim of moor-
like terrain. it is covered in waterfalls and trees emerging from the side. parts of the beautiful gorge
mix in with the oak forest around the southern side of the territory, placing a useful border. this allows
for many, and plentiful types of prey.

➷ territory.

• soulclan's territory is very puzzling. there might just be four of five types of terrain stuck up
in one big area. the first, main area, is the oak forest where the camp resides. this luscious
area is filled with undergrowth and large, hundred year old oak trees, and plenty of prey. the
forest's heart is the camp. this also holds most of the training areas for the apprentices of the
clan, as well as varied creeks that are useful for calm walks.
• then, from an aerial view, to the right of the oak forest is a large range of mountains.
this area has a taiga forest in it, a semi-swampy pine forest. it is also filled with many rocky
exposures, which is one of the training areas for the apprentices and a infamous area, known
for snakes near the northern part. some dangerous predators also make their nests near that
area, so mentors make sure to stay near the bottom of the rigid hillsides.
• then, to the left of the oak forest, is a narrow moor-like area and a large gorge filled with
waterfalls. this area holds the large pond connected to the oak forest that provides streams
and such, as well as the lost caves. these caves are areas where cats have entered, and never
returned. cats are not permitted to enter that area. this gorge extends down to the southern
area of the clan's territory, causing a permanent border that connects to the left side's.
•then, to the northern area of the territory, the oak forest extends out many acres away,
though the clan's border is drawn on the edge of the gorge. after the border, there is an area
of the northern forests where the clan cats go to meet their ancestors. this is a beautiful path
that is always covered in fog, and the trees are always multi-colored no matter the season. this
leads to a gorgeous lake, where the cats dip their nose in the water and connect to their starry
clanmates.

➷ camp.
soulclan's camp is placed in a steep hollow, surrounded by rocks. in that hollow, there's the main
area of camp. this is a worn-down dirt clearing, where the cats are usually gathered. then, there
is also a large rock of which the leader calls his clan to gather. then, to the left of the rock is the
warriors, apprentices, and medicine cat's dens. to the right of the rock is the nursery, elders den,
and the leader's den. there is also a small pond in the camp, which is very useful for the elders to
get to. the leader's den is the smallest, and is moderately hard to reach. the medicine cat's den is
very easy to reach, being a large split under a rock. then, there's the warriors and the apprentices
dens. they're both small hollows in the rocky walls, leading into a large den that's warm and also
very spacey. the nursery is a protected den, in a higher level of camp. then, the elders den is a
cavern created by a falling rock years ago.

leaf-fall
the grounds are colored with vibrant red and orange leaves. the storms have
passed, but cats are more vulnerable to disease. the breeze is chillier, but
the weather is still warm. prey begins to thin out as well.

leaf-bare
the ground is frosted, and there maybe will be snow. the flourishing forest
will now be thin, more skylight to the forest floors and more space for
running where tall plants roamed. the air is chilly, but luckily the sun
provides heat in the rocky hollows of the camp.

the air gets warmer, and the days get slightly longer. new leaves are
blooming above the trees, flowers blossoming back to the forest floors.
waters are thawing, more prey returns. new kits usually are born
around these times.

green-leaf
long, warm days. the air is always nice, and the forest is back to
thickness and flourishing. prey is plenty, as well as kits.
