-The pokemon equivalent of team rocket
This role play will be based off of the red rescue team and blue rescue team games. There are several rules to follow.
1) Now Open To Pokemon Of All Generations!
2) please give the info needed. I will not decline you just because you don't have it but it's there to help.
3) please be active. Any member who does not interact after two weeks will be taken out and will have to make a new character or redo theirs if they want to return.
4) please be considerate of others. Be fair if you battle and be sure to be appriciative.
5) no two word posts like he sat or she said. Please try to keep it interesting.
6) follow tess' s rules for roleplay. That makes my life so much easier
7) shop owners must pm me to reserve. All of them are open except for the post office. I will run that to make it easier.
8) I would like pokemon to start around level 5 to 20. Pm me if you want legendaries. Shinies and odd colors allowed. Your free to personalize your pokemon.
9) have fun! I'm doing this for your entertainment. Not just mine.
-Battles are going to happen. I wan't them fair. due to some issues i will share my code for battles.
>Both pokemon need a base Hp. It is only fair. The highest allowed is 100 for level 25. each higher level is +3. Lower is up to you.
>Whether an attack hits or not is up to the attacker.
>A regular attack does 20 to 30 damage. attackers choice. If its super affective multiply by 2. not very effective divide by 2. not effective is no damage. normal attacks on rock type normally only 1 to 5 damage.
>No super effective critical hits. It just makes it more fair.
> A pokemon faints when it runs out of Hp.
>No one hit nock outs.
>Critical hits give damage from 27 to 30.
-Battling is for both sides. NOT JUST ONE. Be fair.
