The light that is fading in the clouds
Falling at the window is too noisy
The cooling memory is just like the sound of the rainwater
Capture my heart, refuse to leave
That increasingly strong
Lock in the nostalgia
Couldn’t I step back in time
Back to the time when you give me a hug
Everything now doesn’t matter
I follow the tortuous path that is wet
Look back at our memories together
In the rain that obscures the vision, I think of you
In my tears, you emerge in my mind
That increasingly strong
Lock in the nostalgia
Can I step back in time
Back to the time when you give me a hug
Everything now doesn’t matter
All dissipated, whether it’s the time we spent together
Or the look of you and me at the time
Let’s back to the time when I am in your embrace
Couldn’t I step back in time
Even if this is the only chance, or the last chance
It doesn’t matter

In a time that escapes even the eldest cat's memories, there was the beginning of the Clan we have come to known as EclipseClan. The founders of the Clan, a tomcat and she-cat, hailed from two separate Clans -- MoonClan and SunClan. The two were not rivals, but rather friends. Claws were rarely unsheathed and insults were rarely tossed at one another, you see, and it was a time of great peace. SunClan lived in an open plain, where the sun would be at its peak, and were known to be courageous and valiant. Fair-hearted cats even on the battlefield. MoonClan cats were quiet and avoided battles. They lived in the forest, where the moonlight would bathe them. Despite the conflicting names, the two Clans enjoyed one another's company.
SunClan's leader's, Brightstar, mate had given birth to a single kit at noon high. The labor was long and hard, but worth it she had decided, when she looked at her beautiful daughter's face. Together, the mates decided to name their daughter Maplekit. The she-kit was a gorgeous, flaming finger tabby with curious golden eyes. Ironically enough, the same day, MoonClan's leader's mate had given birth to a tom-kit. And that tom-kit was a silver tabby, pale in color, but playful in nature. Mousestar decided to call his son Silverkit. And the moment they were born, StarClan wrote a story for them. The starry cats had decided that these two kits were destined for more than a normal kit's life. They were destined to change history.
Moons later, the two met upon chance. Maplekit, now Maplepaw, had accidentally chased a rabbit over the MoonClan's territory and Silverpaw confronted her. Despite meeting on not-so-good terms, the two formed an immediate bond. For moons, they decided to meet up. It was an innocent meaning; they did not think they would go any further than being friends. Besides, what harm could it do? The leaders were practically best friends. What was the worst they could do if they discovered that their kits were forming a friendship? Nothing, right?
But over time, as one could imagine, the two fell in love. Maplepaw would gaze at Silverpaw with adoring eyes and Silverpaw would instinctively protect her as if she were something he held very close to his heart. After they were named Mapleleaf and Silverjay, the two confessed their feelings. Actually, it was an abrupt confession made at the same time. The two could simply not hold the secret back any longer. And when they discovered that they shared the same feelings, Silverjay asked to be mates. But how could it be? Two cats from different Clans...mates...? No, no! It went against the warrior code laid down by the ancient Clan cats! Mapleleaf refused, but Silverjay begged and begged. He wanted to become hers and vice versa -- he no longer wanted to hide behind a shy facade and pretend as if he did not harbor feelings for her. Eventually, Mapleleaf agreed.
What they didn't plan on, however, was for someone to find out. Mapleleaf's father had trailed his daughter one night. He was curious, suspicious, of what she was up to. Surely she did not always go solo hunting at night? His suspicions were only strengthened whenever Mapleleaf would return with only a single measly mouse or bird. Through the bushes, he caught the couple basking in the moonlight, tails intertwined. And he felt anger, for perhaps the first time. Hatred, betrayal, and pure anger bubbled in his chest. But he didn't attack there. No, he planned to get Silverjay exiled.
Let's skip ahead. After a brutal feud, Silverjay was branded a traitor and tossed out of MoonClan. Mapleleaf followed Silverjay willingly, despite the words of her parents. She claimed that she loved Silverjay too much. The two escaped the territory and lived as rogues for countless moons, stealing prey from barn cats and eating food from Twolegs when times got tough. But they arrived to a place StarClan destined for them to go. It was beautiful, honestly. A thick, lush forest with a small waterfall right at its edge, and a clearing right around with makeshift dens made by nature herself. And so the pair started their Clan there and called it EclipseClan. Befitting, no?
Now, countless seasons have passed. Mapleleaf and Silverjay have long since joined their ancestors up in the sky. In their pawsteps, though, they left behind a thriving Clan. Called EclipseClan for the joining of the moon and the sun, the Clan is known for their ability to swim and determination. They are surrounded completely by wildlife, the nearest Twoleg nest being about a two day's travel from where they are, and so they are subject to predators. Mountain lions, bears, lynxes, hawks, and many others prey upon the Clan cats, but they had developed tactics on how to fight them off. As a result, the Clan has no problem with teamwork and is noted for their general willingness to work with one another. Fights don't really break out, for who is there to fight? There is no other Clan to fight. All seems well. Seems.
But you see, there is an underlying problem in EclipseClan. Two nights ago, StarClan sent the medicine cat a disturbing dream. And at the end of the dream, just before the medicine cat roused, a starry cat appeared and revealed a short, yet nerve-wrecking prophecy:Moon and Sun will embrace once more
Blood will stain one's paws
Victory to the other
And save the Clan
Or destroy it
The meaning has left the medicine cat and leader befuddled, but one thing is for sure -- they have got to find the supposed 'Sun' and 'Moon'. Whoever they are...wherever they might be...they hold EclipseClan's fate in their paws.

A.) All rules apply here. If you don't know them, please acquaint yourselves with them first so we don't end up in any trouble. My word is to be treated the same, here. If I say "no," please do not try to convince me otherwise unless you have a valid reason or sufficient evidence.
B.) This is a semi-literate roleplay. Acceptable grammar, punctuation, and spelling is expected here, and nothing short of it. If u type lyk dis, I will not accept you. Posts are to be at least ten sentences, eight with writers' block.
C.) Absolutely no god-modding or powerplaying! Please let the other cat anticipate and dodge, though a good roleplayer would definitely not allow his or her cat to dodge all of the attacks. Actions such as tapping or batting of the shoulders (small things like that) will be tolerated.
D.) There is no limit to how many cats you can have. However, please only have one cat in a high position (leader, deputy, medicine cat/apprentice). Oh, and only one prophecy cat, too! Don't worry, guys, if this takes flight long enough for us to get to roleplaying the prophecy, the whole Clan will take part, too. I also ask that you guys be able to roleplay all of your characters.
E.) Please post often! At least once a day, okay? If you go three days without posting and haven't notified me via PM or here, I will remove you or adopt your characters out.
F.) Use something to indicate that you are talking OOC. ({[||]}) for example.
G.) If you've got an idea that might possibly change where the roleplay is going, it must be related to the prophecy, still and must be brought up to me.
H.) Only Warrior cat swearing. e.g. foxdung, mousebrain, crow-food, etc.
I.) Since I am absolutely terrible at creating pretty forms, please use your own and I won't judge if it isn't pretty. I look for quality, that's it.
This guide will teach you how to name your Warrior cat, as I know some people are confused or just come up with names not acceptable to the Warriors' world.
Mothers do NOT name their kits after horrid things. Blood, death, kill, murder, war, etc. are NOT acceptable. Mothers would name their kits on what represents them, either based on personality or appearance. For example, if I had a slender she-cat, I would give her the prefix of "Willow" becomes willows are known to be slender and flexible. I would not give her a bulky name such as "Bear." Please, think when you name your cats.
Leaders do NOT give meaningless or mis-matched suffixes. Okay, let's say a gray-furred, fluffy apprentice by the name of Graypaw is receiving his warrior name. The leader would not name him "Grayfox," because what does that have to do with who Graypaw is? Especially if he doesn't hunt excellently, nor is he as cunning as a fox. A name such as "Graycloud" would fit, as he is fluffy like a cloud. Or, if he is swift and elusive, "Graysmoke."
Warriors do NOT know what human things are. Suffixes and prefixes such as "glass," "diamond," "vampire," "topaz," etc. are all meaningless to them because they are CATS. Even kittypets do not know what a majority of Twoleg things are (for goodness sake, they call a pillow a "soft boulder"), so I sure don't expect a Clan cat to know what diamond and vampires are.
Note; These are the basics; what I look for. Spruce it up if you will ^~^- Code: Select all

EclipseClan live in a place far away from the pink paws of the Twolegs and their wretched monsters. There are not kittypets where they live, unless the kittypets have traveled long and far, which is simply not plausible. Cats can be of kittypet descent, but it must be pretty early up in the generation tree. Safe from the dirty hands of the Twolegs, the forest they call their home is quite a beaut.
The camp is situated in a clearing with dens lined up neatly on the outer edges of camp. The leader's den is on an elevated boulder, created by slabs of stone stacked on the side and upon one another. Close to the leader's den, off to the right, is where the medicine cat and her apprentice make their shelter. It has a stone shelf, and underneath is where the pair live. At the back, it is very spacious for herbs and even has a small pool where rain water trickles in at the cracks. Removing ourselves from the medicine cat's den, there is the warrior's den which happens to be somewhat close by. There, the warriors' shelter themselves underneath a fallen tree where vegetation grow around it. At the back, there are some holes (as it was a badger's set before, most likely), which they had covered with bramble and willow. The apprentices' den is made by two slabs of stone leaning against one another to create a makeshift tent, and due to the cold material, the apprentices often stock their nests with large amounts of moss to retain heat. Queens and their kits stay in a hole dug out by foxes long ago. The hole is piled high with rocks, though they do not threaten their safety, and is well hidden by brush all around. Since EclipseClan does not have much elders, they are kept in a very large crack made by rocks. Behind the leader's den, there is a beautiful, small waterfall.
The warriors train their apprentices in the training hollow. It offers plenty of vegetation in which the apprentices practice their stealth related skills. Cats of EclipseClan are taught how to climb trees, as the ancient EclipseClan cats found the skill lifesaving when a pack of wild dogs attacked them. Apprentices are often challenged on jumping branches, which is a very advanced skill and only taught to apprentices around the age of ten moons. The action can paralyze or kill one for life, but in the history of teaching it, only two fatalities had occurred.
Outside their camp, they are surrounded by miles and miles of forest. It almost seems as if it would be impossible for a cat to escape it, which has not yet been confirmed nor denied. The trees are tall, but the limbs are low enough to jump on, if a cat dared so, and often houses countless birds and fiches. The forest ground has critters such as mice and voles running around.
The medicine cat meets with StarClan at the Moontree. North to the camp with two hour's travel, there is an ancient tree. It is extremely large, its trunk and limbs hardened and nearly black with age. The medicine cat would simply touch his or her nose to the tree trunk, and then he or she would fall into a deep sleep. New leaders also come here to receive their nine lives.

{ ahh, you listen to k-pop too? that's amazing, i hardly know anyone who does! i didn't watch the moon embraces the sun though, although i've heard quite a lot about it c: }

{ Lightningstripe } { she-cat } { deputy } { the calm }_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
name ;; Lightningstripeage ;; 24 moonsgender ;; she-catrank ;; deputy
description ;; Lightningstripe's pelt is a soft, pale ginger that enhances her bright emerald eyes. Her face is faintly tabby striped with darker ginger, although the markings extend no further than her head. The fur beneath her chin is white, like a bib, and covers just half of her chest; it is the only splash of colour other than ginger on her coat. Her pelt is thick and visibly soft but not overly long, so it's not an absolute pain to wash and keep clean. Lightningstripe's body structure is slender, lacking the bulk that many toms have, which lends her speed and agility in hunting or in battle. However, she is by no means small or weak, and her hindquarters are reasonably well-muscled.personality ;; Quiet by nature, Lightningstripe is usually calm and approachable. It would take much indeed to rile up this she-cat, something which very few cats are thoroughly capable of. Lightningstripe is very attuned to the feelings of those around her, and generally takes on the role of peacemaker in the Clan. However, she rarely expresses her thoughts or feelings to anyone, preferring to keep them private. She excels at analyzing the big picture of situations, which comes in handy for battle tactics. However, this means that she is often prone to overthinking and can be quite a worrier. She is extremely protective of those she loves, and will turn vicious if they are threatened.history ;; Lightningstripe was born in the beautiful season of new-leaf, which remains her favourite season to this day. Being quiet and eager to learn, she had a relatively smooth apprenticeship with few 'incidents' to speak of. During this time, a bout of greencough struck the Clan in the middle of leafbare. Lacking catmint due to the continual snow, many cats were lost, including Lightningstripe's parents. Just two moons after, without any family members to witness her warrior ceremony, she received her full warrior name.
kin ;; Her father was Tigerheart and her mother was Larkwing. Unusually, Lightningstripe was an only kit, from the only litter her parents had before their untimely deaths.mate ;; Lightningstripe has never had a mate or crush yet, but she is far from immune to the charms of handsome toms.kits ;; No mate means no kittens, but she would love to have a litter or two in the future.
likes ;; Lightningstripe enjoys hunting, not only because she is working to feed the Clan but because of the accomplishment she feels with each kill. Despite her reserved nature, she is fond of her Clanmates and likes sharing tongues with them while getting to know them better. She also has quite the maternal side to her and loves playing with kits or teaching apprentices new skills. Her favourite season is new-leaf, the season she was born, when everything comes alive and beautiful.dislikes ;; Lightningstripe dislikes fighting, seeing it as a necessary evil where cats get injured or even killed. She is none too fond of leaf-bare either, as there is always little prey to go around, leaving the cats weak in the face of sickness. Despite this, she hated collecting herbs as an apprentice; she simply has no interest in what the herbs do and found the job monotonous as well as boring.downfalls ;; Lightningstripe has a habit of often overthinking situations and worrying about her Clanmates, yet she has difficulty expressing her feelings and thoughts to others. Her slender frame also often puts her at a disadvantage in close combat.talents ;; Lightningstripe has quite the head for planning battle tactics and strategies. Her speed and agility also serve her well on patrols and battles. She has an unusual talent for catching birds, as she has perfected a technique of rebounding off tree trunks to capture the panicked creatures in mid-air. Quiet yet confident, Lightningstripe has the potential for a leadership position, with the ability to inspire loyalty in her Clanmates as well as the protectiveness of a mother for her kitsother ;; n/a
