Meios have always lived in peace. The desert is the perfect climate for them, they get enough water and food, too. Meios are rare to find, being they are so small. Some are strangely themed after something, or just random little designs. They stay to themselves most of the time, but who knows, anything can happen.
Anyway.. Yes, lets move to the rules. ^u^;

What are Meios?
- Meios are small creatures that grow to the maximum size of an inch; though, that height is rarely seen. Their average sizes range around the size of a quarter, with newborns being a bit smaller than a dime. Each Meio has a common trait- every one supports a set of horns, though dragons possess unique ones that would be suited to be called “antlers”. Many also share the trait of having feather fans on their tail, though a few species such as the mutant do not possess one.
A Meio is a whole new species together, and is more resembling of a reptile. It is not a copy of anything, though its variants do resemble some animals we all know today, such as the dragon [though a mythical being]. If you were trying to find the anatomy of a Meio, it would match a cat's somewhat; the arch of the back and legs are the same, though the paws are very different. Their paws are a bit broad to help retain balance, and their tail often drags on the ground no matter the mood.
The diet of one consists of many things. Being more along the lines of scavengers than anything else, they forage bits of food dropped by people. When there are no people available to feed off of, a Meio's diet would consist of small berries and insects.

♫ A raised tail tip often means “Danger!” or “Keep away!”.
♪ Their mouths are often open when overheating or uncomfortably hot.
♫ Females are always at least a bit smaller than males.
♪ It is not it discovered how they show affection.
♫ Most find comfort in warm climates much more than cool, and prefer having burrows as places to sleep rather than a home or cave of some sort.
