By December 21, 2012, every domestic animal in every country were packed full of drugs. Growth hormones, antibiotics, and vaccines meant for humans. All of this built up in the animals, and the people who ate their meat, until a supervirus evolved and decimated the animals. People tried get rid of the contaminated meat, but it was too late. The virus evolved again and went after us. Only 10% of the world's population of life (plants, animals, etc) survived. No humans did.
One year later, the world is completely different. The virus changed once more, to where it wasn't fatal, but further mutated the creatures. The world looks like a completely different one, with cities full of killer gigantic pigeons, gilly dogs, flying rats...You name it, it's there.
This RP will take place in one town if Cityville. Cityville is a large city, complete with a skyline. Many large businesses have large there, and a few universities too. At least eighty thousand people used to live there. Now many more mutant creatures do. We are the mutated, the ones who survived...the new citizens of Cityville.

✧If you decide to join, make sure you keep RPing. If you need to leave for any reason, PM me and I will delete your character as you see fit. If you are away for more than five days, I will PM you. If you promise to come back but don't I'll have to delete you.
✧Gender balance is not needed. It's okay if the balance is off, but don't make another girl if there are five extra girls.

✧I am very lenient on cussing. Still, this is a kids website and some parents are turned off by that. Crap, damn, and hell are fine by me, but anything worse than that needs asterisks. Sh**, f***, bit**, etc. Any words worse or including f*** as a part will result in an immediate ban from this roleplay, and if the mods see you might get a worse ban. You should know what those words are.
✧ I don't really care how your post looks. It's the post itself that matters, not the pretty things around it. Still, a lot of people prefer them, and if you do make pretty posts, make sure they are not obnoxious; no images/borders/lyrics larger than the blue dog/cat hybrid above. (Use tinypic. com if needed. The image above is set at "Messenger Board" size.)
✧Use my form, don't have too much violence, don't date/be related to your own characters, back out mating, and don't post more than two pages when I am gone.
✧These are mutated creatures, but not X-Men mutants. They don't have powers, like fire-breathing, they are just weird animals who are just a little less smart than humans. That's what the rule says.
✧If someone wants a recap, GIVE IT. If you don't know EXACTLY what had gone on while this person is gone, supply as much as you can, ALL the details that are needed; not simply what had happened in the last five posts while that person was gone for two pages. This is my worst pet peeve.
