Featherpaw looked up at the sky and asked,"When should we go back? I was hopeing we could take a little walk." and then looked back down at Ashpaw. He seemed like the one to make the disishions around here. Then she mewed,"Im thinking walk." and stood up ready to take the lead.

Ashpaw shrugged. "Sure we can take one if you want," he meowed easily.

Thornstar padded into the forest and quickly followed the path that the apprentices and kit made. Wehn he found them he padded forwards towards them. "Hello young Ashpaw, Featherpaw, Wingkit," he mewed.

Thornstar sniffed it apprreciatetively. "A wonderful catch Wingkit, and it smells delicious you'll make a great apprentice one day," he paused and then thought tomarrow would be a good day fro Soulpaw, Ashpaw, Featherpaw, and both Wolfpaw's to be warriors as well as Wingkit, and Pinekit being apprentices. Tomarrow. He thought definetaly. He glanced at Ashpaw and Featherpaw and then whispered in Wingkit's ear. "They've been close haven't they?"

Thornstar nodded and then mewed, "We must go back to camp, you three will sit vigil tonight for a speacial ceremony that is practiced every year." he mewed. "It's called Ghost-frost and what happens in Ghost-frost you must keep to yourselves," he mewed.I almost forgot Creamkit, Deathpaw and Sharppaw haven't I? No matter they will be warriors as well soon enough he thought. "Ghost- frost the the day that all cats have a secret but they can never share it with others until the vigils over. All Midnight clan will celebrate this year," he mewed.

Featherpaw asked,"Wait who do we tell the secret to?" and looked at Thornstar as she picked up her gold fish. Then she stood up and looked fondly at the leader hopeing that she would be a warrior tonight.

Wolfpaw waited in camp for his friends to come back. He didn't want to get lost while looking for them.
