"I just hope I don't get stuck next to any restless cats. I don't think I'd like getting kicked awake when I'm still trying to get used to the warriors den" She responded and shook her head at imagining that unpleasant awakening. RunningFlame had been one of those cats but luckily, he was much more careful when the two had become mates. A soft cough escaped the she-cats mouth, though she brushed it off as she assumed she simply had a cold.

He felt a pang of sympathy for the warrior, he couldn't imagine what it would be like to have a sick apprentice especially with how bad it has gotten. He was never really close to RustyPaw but they were still clanmates so he could only hope that him and the rest of his family would pull through "Alright let's go" He spoke and smiled softly at the she-cat.

The warrior managed to catch both a mouse and a squirrel despite how tired he had felt prior and he followed after TigerBlaze. He felt like he could fall over at any moment, as he was having trouble catching his breath but was trying his best to keep it quiet. He didn't need any of his clanmates worrying about him, he had enough time being treated like a kit when he was an actual kit and an apprentice.

The she-cat sat right outside of the camps entrance knowing that if something by chance did happen, she'd rather know about it before it was able to enter the camp where the kits and queens remained. She scanned around the area and watched Beestar and RiverStripe leave the camp. She didn't seem to have much interest in joining the conversation her apprentice was having with the two warriors.

"I guess I'm just curious, A part of me misses surviving instead of having everything handed to me and seeing BearPaw and the others made me curious about the clans. They seem to have it much nicer than rouges, they have a larger much more organized group and by the amount of cats who came searching for BearPaw...they also seem to care for each other much more" She responded and glanced away at the forest.

"Cedartail was taken back. Hazpaw wasnt like this very often. "Where could he have gone?" he murmured, standing up. Bearpaw first now hazepaw? nothing bad could of happened to them, that was for sure. "give him a few more moments, if hes not back then, i'll look around the territory. He have quite the word with me when i find them." he mewed cooly.

Winterpaw narrowed his eyes at his leader. If he was any older, he'd say some things. He fell into step ext to Elmshade and murmured angrily to himself.

Creamflower sees that Poppykit has come to join Dustkit as well and decides to feed them some milk. She rolls onto her side and exposes her belly for her kits to get a meal, purring.

"Oh, Hi Falconkit," The medicine cat purred as the kit came up to him. "How are you?" He frowned when the young tom sneezed though, worried that it was the early signs of a sickness. It was awfully cold today. "I have to check on Snowfur, can you wait over with Lighttail?" He asked, giving the kit a quick lick on the head. "Snowfur, how are you feeling?" He asked the queen.

"I won't do it again, Beestar." Elmshade mewed, frowning. Tigerblaze had managed to get her, Lostnight and Winterpaw in trouble not only with EagleClan, but also with Beestar today, so that was great. She sighed and nodded, turning to the patrol to get ready to go hunting. If the lake wasn't so icy, she'd want to go down there, but it was cold and it would probably be hard to find any prey that was easy to get to. Birds might be a good bet then. She opened her mouth to scent the air. She hoped she could catch some prey and make it up to Beestar for her mistake.

Streamspot purred in amusement at Frostpetal's point. "We can keep the newcomers to the edges." Streamspot flicked her ears as a mound of snow fell from the trees above them a little ways in front of them. She noticed the fur at the bottom of her belly was becoming knotted in the white snow.

He stood there in anger- really? The fact that he even tried to go out to save a cat wasn't enough? He went out to catch prey, although he already knew that he wouldn't be bringing anything back.

"The last thing we need is another missing apprentice," Sunflare sighed, echoing Cedartail's thoughts. Why couldn't apprentices just be good and not leave camp by themselves? "Don't wait too long, only until Beestar gets back. We don't want him going too far."

Dustkit relaxed a bit as she began nursing. A soft purr rumbled in her chest and her eyelids began to droop. The morning had tired her out.

Riverstripe felt slightly bad for Elmshade; she seemed genuinely apologetic about the whole situation, humble and respectful towards her leader and aware that she had done the wrong thing, albeit with good intentions. That's how the others should be acting, he thought, holding back a hiss of annoyance at Lostnight's words. Why couldn't the tom just admit that what he did was wrong? Winterpaw didn't seem particularly ashamed either, but Riverstripe was more disappointed in Lostnight, seeing as he was a fully grown warrior and Winterpaw was just an apprentice. He nodded in response to Beestar's words before turning back to the patrol. He beckoned for them to follow with his tail as he began to pad through the forest, his jaws parted and ears angled.

"I guess so," Splashfeather replied with a shrug. None of their catches were particularly impressive, but they were better than nothing. "So, what's my reward?" she asked with a grin before picking up her catches, ready to head back to camp.

With a nod, Tigerblaze set off. He managed to catch a small sparrow as well as a robin, but by that point they were almost at camp, and he had been out all day, from before dawn to hunt, to searching for Bearpaw, and finally to now, that he wasn't going to search for any more prey now. Besides, Tinybird looked tired too. And I'm sure Beestar will want word with me, he thought bitterly, knowing that Blizzardclaw wouldn't have wasted any time in telling the leader what he had done. He was fully prepared to be reprimanded, and had been since the moment he'd sent Elmshade's patrol in EagleClan territory, but he had done what he thought was necessary. Flicking his tail for Tinybird to follow, he padded towards the camp entrance.

"Well, duh. We are on a hunting patrol after all," Darkpaw pointed out with a roll of his eyes. Was Wolfpaw always this distracted? He didn't spend enough time with her to know. "Maybe you should actually hunt instead of just talking to yourself about how you should hunt."

(@Tainted, did you mean that Daydream knows about Southstar's kits? Because at the moment, nobody knows about any of the kits he's had except for the she-cats he's had them with. As far as his clanmates are concerned, he's never had a mate or kits. x] I realize Foxcloud basically told Daydream that the kits are not Deertail's but she never revealed the father, so Daydream wouldn't have any way of knowing that they're South's. ^^;)

Southstar shrugged. "Don't make me feel so old," he joked in an attempt to lighten the mood. "I still have a lot of life left--multiple lives, in fact. There will be plenty of time for those things. Right now, I just want to focus on being a good leader to my clan." His whiskers twitched thoughtfully. "It's different for you. There are plenty of able warriors that can train apprentices to fight and hunt--that's why I haven't felt the need to take on an apprentice for a while. But apart from Russetswirl, you're the only cat who can teach another to heal." He looked up when Swiftbadger appeared in the entrance to the den and meowed a greeting to him. "Hey, Swiftbadger. Everything okay?"

Littleflower blinked at Mistflower's words, and for a moment she stood there, unsure what to do. Of course she wanted to be there for Swiftbadger, and she didn't want to come off as strange or uncaring for insisting that Mistflower go instead of her. But at the same time, she could see now that Mistflower did want to be there by him. It won't hurt, right? Setting down her prey, she meowed, "Actually, I was going to see if Oatleaf had eaten yet. You go, okay?" She nodded encouragingly at her friend before picking up the cardinal she'd caught and padding over to Oatleaf. Dropping it at the elder's paws, she dipped her head respectfully. "Hello, Oatleaf. Are you hungry?"

Nightwish nodded thoughtfully. She was surprised that she'd been given an apprentice before some of the older warriors, but perhaps they had already had some before she was born, or old enough to remember. "Hey, by the way, I was wondering...do you like Acornspots?"

Outside the Clans

Thunder followed Axel's gaze to whatever it was he was looking at, and padded a bit closer, tilting his head.

(@Cradily I have him at the moment assuming because there's only 2 cats Foxcloud had really been mooning over since the beginning but he can't be sure. The only thing that has him off about it and not taking into a full thought of them being south's kits is the fact he isn't mooning over the fact that fox is gonna have kits. So what he'd be thinking is their either half clan, truly deertails -until they are born because it's too close for him to say-, or another cat she had been mooning over that he could see. But as far as he knows she coulda been with a cat from oak clan due to timing

which is kinda what he's leaning towards.)

Daydream
He padded out hearing the leader speak to swiftbadger. His eyes caught on his clanmates paw. "How did you manage that one?" he looked at swiftbadger.
