Cloverkit smelled Hollystar's scent grow stronger, but it was washed out of her mind when she heard lapping. She wondered what it was a drew closer, and then felt her paws fall from underneath her, and she fell in something cold. A lake! It was pulling her down, and she tried to get up to the surface. Cloverkit churned her paws franically, and felt her head fall under.

Duskpaw was panting now. "C-Cloverkit! She's wandered off!" He looked at him and then before he had time to respond, he raced out of the camp, his paws thrumming on the forest floor. He caught Cloverkit's scent and raced in the direction she went. Then another failiar scent hit him. Hollystar, Foxpaw, and Jayclaw! He gasped; she was following Hollystar! But there was a huge lake on the way there, and Cloverkit didn't know how to swim, and it was vicously strong...he had to save her.

Cloudkit raced to Buzzardwing. "I want to come! I need to come! It'll prove me to become an apprentice, and She's my sister!" He gulped. He lover Cloverkit, and he would do anything to help her, and fight to defend her from dying. He knew what was on the way to the Moonstone, and it definitely wasn;t good for Cloverkit. She couldn;t swim at all, and she would drown if they didn't get to her soon enough. He was one of the best trackers, hunters, fighters and runners for a kit/apprentice.

She heard a splash of water from the lake behind her and ran over to see what was going on. "Cl-Cloverkit!" She gasped leaping into the water. She gasped from breath and put her head under the deep water trying to see Clovekit. She was sinking. Hollystar swan deeper into the water a grabbed Cloverkit but the scruff, most of her air escaping. She hauled herself up to the surface breathing heavily. She swan back to the bank putting Cloverkit on the side
